My first experience at Jack in the box. It was horrible! The food was not only cold but stale. I had just gotten off a plane, I ate some of it because I was starving but its about the worst fast food I’ve ever had. I came in around 1am but that’s no excuse for the food I received. I kept my recite and intend to contact corporate for a refund. Later, I found another in Marina which even at 3am had great food cooked to order. I had been told just how good it was and it is, as long as you avoid this location.

I went here to get some breakfast, got home ready to eat and noticed my eggs were green. Checked my moms and boyfriends, and they had green eggs too. We tried to call the number and it said it was disconnected. So I drove over with the food and told them the situation. They then explained the eggs were overcooked and they’d give me more food. I said no and asked for a refund. With a horrible attitude the manager did so mumbling things under her breath.

One star oh cause I can’t give ZERO! Rude«supervisor». Sorry you hate your job! Also noticed a «now hiring friendly people» sign. No wonder!!! They could definitely hire someone whom is at least thankful to have A job!

This Jack in the Box is pretty well maintained… just don’t go into the men’s bathroom. If you stay clear from that, it’s not bad for a fast food joint. I give this two stars just because even though the main dining area is pretty clean, it doesn’t make up for the employees. The guy cashier was a little slow when it came to my order. I had to repeat the specifics of my order, which wasn’t even that hard to get. I got the BBQ chicken sandwich combo promotion that they are currently having. My advice, don’t order this, just get the original. The BBQ sandwich gave me a major grease headache afterwards. I asked the same guy for some honey mustard and he only gave me two for the four combo meals that I had ordered. For some reason this always annoys me. C+

Friendly, but VERY, VERY slow. To the manager: You need to stop being such a cheapskate and hire enough people so that the cash register, drive thru window, and kitchen are adequately staffed. The money you think you’re saving by NOT wanting to pay at least a few more chincy minimum wage positions, you are actually LOSING because people like me avoid your establishment like the plague. You’re supposed to be a «fast food» establishment, but I’ve gotten faster service in sit-down restaurants like Chevy’s and Red Lobster for crying out loud. Look at super successful fast food places such as In and Out Burger. They staff their facility fully, and treat their employees well. In return, I can’t say I’ve ever seen ANY of their restaurants empty. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day or week it is: They’re ALWAYS packed with people, and what they spent on more bodies has more than made up for itself in repeat business. And by the way, if you’re the type of boss that blames your employees and cracks the whip on them to «hurry up» when in fact you’re responsible because you failed to adequately staff your facility, then you don’t deserve to stay in business.
