Cavallini & Co

I am so impressed with Cavallini & Co. customer service. I recently received a stamp set as a gift, and it contained a defective letter. I was bummed and on a whim emailed Cavallini & Co. to ask if they could replace the one busted stamp. (I think my friend bought the set at a Paper Source in the Boston area.) Well, without any hassle, Cavallini & Co. replaced the whole stamp set, and then some! I haven’t seen a company go above and beyond like that in some time, if ever. Thank you!

Cavallini Papers & Co., Inc. is America’s staple for scrapbookers and craftsters for gift and stationery. Vintage and classic designs that never fade out for fine papers to cover a book, gift wrap, cover a worn box; postcards; stickers; book plates; calendars; journals; magnets; and daily planners. I’ve used their gift wrap single sheets to cover a very worn box (lid and bottom) which I disappointingly cannot find a replacement for the dimensions as equal in depth. Their gift wrap single sheets also make a nice décor cover to a plain folder to express my free-​spirit CHARMED personality.
My favorite was their stamp collecting line which has sadly discontinued, the existing travel line and Parisian line. I immensely enjoy their products particularly their gift wrap single sheets.
Where there is creativity stems talent where one can personalize a custom gift taken straight from the heart!

I bought their tin of 200+ vintage map stickers. I used it to decorate a Mother’s Day envelope and my Moleskine city notebooks. I’m saving the Alaska, Chicago, and England ones for upcoming trips. It was a good bon voyage present for a friend going to Paris. The cost was equal to an admission to SFMOMA.
I like the gift tags, postcards. and sticky notes are gift ideas. I’ll be looking for the decorative paper and letter sets this Fall. The travel-​themed decorative labels are also on my shopping list. These are available at the SFMOMA store but I didn’t see it at the SFO branch.

I love Cavallini’s finely crafted paper goods. Every new year, I’ll buy one of their vintage print wall calendars (vintage travel posters, advertisements, Japanese woodblocks, maps, etc.) the prints of which are also often sold as postcards, notecards and stickers. They have beautiful journals (with convenient side pockets) and notebooks that have been very handy on my trips abroad. Other unique items include flashcards (French alphabet for example), and gift labels and tags. If you love gorgeous design, artwork and packaging, with a throwback to vintage patterns and prints, you’ve probably already encountered their goods at fine bookstores (although they are also at Borders, B & N and Anthropologie). Anyone who loves writing letters and notes or wrapping and decorating gifts, as I do, will love Cavallini & Co.
