When I first inquired online, I was interested in several rentals for my wedding. I was contacted right away but was told that someone else would get back to me and help me out. I didn’t hear back for several days so I contacted them once again. After this I heard back, but responses were only sometimes prompt and other times I had to follow up with the rep again to get a response. Considering businesses have their usual business hours, I usually expect responses within a couple days, but I waited at least a week each time to contact them again. After experiencing the delays, I decided to only rent what I couldn’t find from other companies, but now that it’s taken a while for them to respond to me again when I asked for a quote, I don’t think I need anything from them. They do have pretty furniture items, though.

What a great team. Every time we’ve done an event, Blueprint studios comes through with unique and beautiful props, furniture, and most importantly, great ideas.

We rented lounge furniture from Blueprint Studios for our September 2012 wedding in Napa, CA. We initially visited another large and well-​known furniture rental company in Napa, however they were completely non-​responsive to our inquiries. Since the wedding date was coming up very soon, we decided to start reaching out to other rental companies. We are so glad we came across Blueprint Studios. Not only did they have the furniture we wanted (modern white leather lounge furniture), they also provided excellent customer service.
We spoke to Kelly, who guided us through the website and answered our questions about pricing and delivery. By the end of the day, she sent us a quote with the furniture we wanted within our budget.
On the day of the wedding, all the furniture was delivered and removed on time. Our guests made good use of the large daybeds and benches, and the furniture looked beautiful in the venue.

I got married on August 11^th at the W hotel. With Blueprint Studios’ help, especially Kelly’s, our wedding was an event to remember. We used them for their a few decorative pieces. Instead of your typical slideshow they had a bar with a LCD TV attached to the front, they had a glorious white dance floor, and other cool sleek knick knacks.
Also, Kelly was amazing! She was so easy to work with and she was so patient.

I rented casper ghost chairs from Blueprint. These chairs are acrylic and really added a different kind of ambiance to our wedding. We actually use them in both the ceremony and the dinner reception, and Blueprint was there to help us move and set the chair. They even designed our ceremony layout for us.
Blueprint is very friendly and easy to work with. Though we only rented the chairs from them they had a lot more stuff and services that we would recommend.

We used Blueprint Studios for our wedding for the décor and flowers, and they made everything absolutely breath taking. Words can’t describe how beautiful everything was and how they created a Hawaiian setting for our ceremony and reception. Paul and Ashley were great to work with, and very professional and thoughtful. My guests said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever been to and I know Blueprint had a lot to do with this. I would recommend them for all types of events, especially weddings. You will not be disappointed!!!

I recently got married and used Blueprint Studios, specifically Ashley to do my floral design. Ashely and the company were so great to work with! I had a vision in the beginning and her execution was beyond what I expected. I would a) work with her in a heartbeat again and b) work with the company again. 5 stars!
