I had a pool deck made of concrete sagging a good 3 inches in spots below the edge of the pool. Was put in touch with one of the owners directly. Came out almost immediately and put in their quote. Totally reasonable price. They complete the work in a timely manner as I was on a time crunch before an important party. Jim, an owner, made sure I was completely satisfied with the finished product. We ended up staining it darker than anticipated. They were totally flexible and professional. Would totally recommend them and will be having them fix my driveway hopefully in the near future. I’m a sucker for personal service and got it here.

High Development was referred to us by using a web search for contractors. Our front porch is made of concrete and sagging and in need of repair.
The web search was to have them call us but that never happened. I followed up after a week with a call of my own. One of their contractors was to call me back to arrange a time to come by. A day later, after not getting a phone call, I called back. Seems he had the wrong number and although he said he called me many times, I never received a call.
On the day he was to come by, an hour after he was to be here, I get a call from him saying he could not make it due to a fmaily emergency and asks to come over Saturday AM. He does and takes measurements and photos. I am told that he will drop his info off at High End Development and someone will get back to me on Monday or Tuesday.
That never happens. On Wednesday, he calls and says he was on vacation and had just that day dropped off the information he had collected and that we should be receiving an e-​mail with a quote within a day or so.
We never hear anything. As I know I never provided these people with my e-​mail address, I am not surprised that I never got an e-​mail however, High End Development does have my phone number. They could have called. I gave up chasing them.
