I love Illetschkos. They have tons of options to pick from, you would never get bored. They have the juiciest chicken breasts and the best home made beef sticks you’ll ever try. They also have dog treats and bones which my dog goes crazy for. She knows when I bring home a treat from the meat shop. The staff is always kind and attentive. The bacon wrapped tenderloins are to die for. If you like brats… well this is the place for you. They have a million flavors some including, dill pickle, augratin, grape kool-aid, pepperoni pizza, jalapeño and chicken cranberry Apple. Illetschkos is an awesome store and has a great atmosphere. Check em out. Also, try the beef jerky and sticks! You won’t regret it.

I have had my deer processed here a couple of times. I’ve tried one other place in Osseo and won’t be going back. They treat you right here. Yes, they may take a while to get you your meat processed, but they are doing it right. They make sure you get your own meat back and that everything is handled and aged properly. I’ve had jerky, Italian brats, breakfast sausage, summer sausage, and their bacon burger (they take their twice smoked bacon and blend it with your venison)… everything is fantastic. If you want your deer to be processed correctly and you want the comfort of knowing that you’re getting your own deer, this is the place to take it. I can assure you that they will return your deer in a very delicious fashion.

I come in for the ground beef specials and walk out with a huge bag full of the most delicious smoked meat on the planet. There are always deals to be had on the whiteboard behind the counter and they have a good variety of barbecue and cooking accessories as well.
I can never pass up the meat sticks or beef jerky but the real draw for me is the amazing smoked bacon. You can’t find anything better and the price is unbelievable! Then we get to the brats… oh my. My favorite are the pepperoni pizza brats. They also make cheeseburger and hawaiian pizza brats.
Great meat, good prices and the best bacon I’ve had (and I’ve had A LOT of bacon). Now, go get some pepperjack beefsticks.
