The owner was at a Safeway in Sammamish on a Saturday, we happened to pass by the deli and sampled the cheeses and smoked salmon. They were delicious! One of the best we’ve had! Their jalapeño cheese had the right amount of spice and very good. We ended up buying salmon and cheese for ourselves and family. Add some some wine and crackers and it makes a great appetizer! Support your local businesses!

This is the BEST hot smoked cheese and salmon. I have never tasted a product any better then this cheese. If you need the one hit for an appetizer for you party. you have got to get some of this. WELL WORTH IT.
