After the famous E. Coli scandal, in an «attempt to bring customer back into its restaurtnats,» Chipotle has been giving away free foods to the customers, and I loved the initiative of this «free-​give away» to gain customer’s trust.
After getting our tickets/​coupons, my friends and I headed over to Chipotle to get our mighty free Chipotle. To avoid the crowds, we visited this place at around 3:00 PM. Luckily, there weren’t as many people as usual, and we got to order our free food. As always, Chipotle’s foods are generous. Generous in terms of the amount, generous in terms of its deliciousness.
I loved how Chipotle has been trying to make up for it’s scandal by giving out free foods, but I feel like it would have been more effective with the «good service.»
Don’t get me wrong, no one was rude or anything, but it is always nice to visit a place where i am «welcomed.» However, definitely our visit wasn’t welcomed by anyone…

This is the absolute worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. we all know that chipotle has been going downhill for quite some time but this experience alone might be reason enough to never ever go back.
where do i even begin. how about when i opened it and they splooged sour cream all over it. like a dallop please, not a whole freaking containers worth. oh and of course, wayyyy too much rice, which was basically white and flavorless. the steak itself, the amount i could count with my hands, was chewy and overcooked.
it just this ugly wad of a bowl that could not even be saved by chipotle tobasco.
and from a service end, you can tell all the people who work there hate themselves and are pushed too hard, which is why its no surprise they put no care into the food prep.
you lost chipotle. like big time. sorry. im not coming back, ever. and iv been coming for like 10 years, ba k when burritos were 5 dollars.

The food at every chipotle is amazing. But what is the purpose of ordering online if when I arrive at 315 to pick my food up that was ordered at 230, I have to WAIT for my food to be made? Really poor costumer service. Step your game up chipotle.

So I have to give them props because when I came in for lunch today there were over 40 people in front of me in line. I am not exaggerating that number either.
They killed it though, I was out of there and in my car in 8 minutes. That’s impressive. The food is what you expect from chipotle but the speed in getting through the Rush was actually very impressive. Plus it wasn’t rushed or chaotic just a well oiled machine.
The manager needs a raise! Keep it up and I will be back.

This Chipotle is pretty small compared to the Bridgewater location. The set up does make the most out of the room. It just sucks to get a sit on the high top tables because then you’re pretty much facing the line that never disappears.
We actually managed to score the seating that furtherest from the line.
Though it was a line, like most Chipotle, this line did move rather quickly. The staff maintained a great sense of urgency while taking orders and still managed to smile when dealing with a difficult guest.
Place wasn’t the cleanness but I have seen worst.
Would come again when I find myself in this part of jersey.

Standard chipotle! Always good food! Lines are insanely long here but they move quickly. You’ll probably wait about 15 – 20 minutes if you’re at the back of the line. There are a decent amount of places to sit usually but sometimes you may be rubbing elbows with the guy next to you.

I loveee chipotle. I always get the bowl.
Here’s some great tips to get the most out of your buck:
Get the bowl with half chicken and half steak (you get twice the meat!) Ask to get a tortilla on the side (so you can build your own burrito). Ask for extra rice, and if you like beans, get half and half of the black and pinto. If you’re in the mood for guacamole, ask for them to put it on the side, as well as sour cream (You get a lot more!). By the time you’re done building your order, you’ll have enough food to eat chipotle twice, for the price of a steak bowl!

The crew was fast, understandable, and kind when ordering for my food. All with a smile on their faces.
The Food that I bought was the steak Burrito bowl with extra quac and chips and it tasted delicious. The quac is also made in house so that was a plus too. The only issue was that it was somewhat cold and felt like it was sitting out all day (thus the 4 star review) but that did not however, ruin the experience for me
Overall, everything went smoothly and I hope to return soon.

I have been to many chipotles in my day and this one isn’t any different. They have limited seating during busy hours, so I wouldn’t expect to sit down if I came during the lunch or dinner rush late.
If you have never been to a chipotle before I would recommend it to everyone. They have your typical meats: chicken, pork, beef, and have two options for vegetarians either vegetable or sofritas. If you really are into getting value, get the burrito bowl, ask for a tortilla on the side and ask for as much non proteins as you like.
I like chipotle, the only reason it has a 4 star is because of seating.

Finally get a chance to try this place. The long lines were what put me off.
I had the burrito, it’s huge but the meat portion is tiny. The whole thing is flavorful though, just don’t expect lots of meat.

I am a first-​timer. I understand this location is new and adjusting. The burritos were big and yummy. The food tasted fresh… if a bit stingy on the meat portion. Service was quick, if not a bit chaotic. Congratulations on free-​range animals and local farm produce. Olé!

This is a new Chipotle location. I am not sure when it opened, but it cannot be more than a few weeks. Going to a restaurant right after it opens usually makes me nervous, but the place seemed like it has been open for a long time.
The dining area was buzzing, full with customers housing Mexican food. Although there were about 10 people in line ahead of us, the staff churned through the line, quickly making burritos, tacos, etc. with a smile and no mistakes. I had chicken tacos on soft corn tortillas. Very tasty as usual.
My only complaint with this location was that it gets packed at lunch and there is not enough seating, so if you plan on eating there, get in there early.
