Excellent cane in on short notice, and they were super accomadting! I had a wonderful pedicure and manicure, I highly reccomend!

It is scary that this hairdresser and owner of Yolo Salon, Eilleen Mathis, continues to feed this negative experience that I had in her salon. She continues to lash out at me! Upon further investigation apparently I am not the only one! She has numerous complaints including several on
. It is common sense that a business owner mediate any complaints by offering positive and kind reply’s back. Not Eileen Mathis, she is relentless as you can read in her responses to myself and others. What sane business owner would treat her clients with hostility, blame, insults and lies? She not only has negative reviews from customers but also, past employees. If she continues to harass me I will continue to provide feedback. I will not be bullied by a 60 year old woman! I was told by the business next door that she has personal problems that flow outside onto the sidewalk… clothes and other personal items were left in front of her business and the police were called! Who knows what else there is… Summary:Negative reviews from clients and former employees, personal issues and a bad reputation! Here is another complaint titled, YOLO SALON, EILEEN STRIKES AGAIN! A simple search will lead to all her numerous complaints. I urge anyone who has had an incident with this woman to write a review. It would have saved me a lot of headache and over 100. of my hard earned money!

1.) You did not give me a discount. I paid over 100. for poor work!
2.) I never changed my mind about ANYTHING half way during service!
3.) There was only 1 other hairdresser there during my service
4.) You are a pathological liar!!!

Had 1 day to prepare for a business venture. Saw a Groupon and called. Eileen got me right in and saved my life. We did some color and a cut and I look 100% better! I’m from out of town and am sooo grateful for her! She was nice and easy to talk to also. I will be commuting from Orlando to see her!

I needed a last minute hair color. I found Yolo with e help of Unilocal.I was near the area, so I took a chance as a walk in. As it was a Monday, the salon was closed, but Eileen happened to be there doing some desk work. She very kindly agreed to color my hair for me. It was above and beyond of her to accommodate me, as she had made plans for the afternoon. She did a great job with the color and trimmed my hair up a little. I will definitely return for future cut /​colors. I am also anxious to try nail and massage services. Thank you, Eileen!!!

Our first time for a manicure and pedicure, so we went to YOLO. Loved it! India did the mani and pedi and was super sweet and gentle with us since it was our first time. We also had a one hour massage which was wonderful! Super relaxing and worked out the knots!!! Everyone there was funny and nice. We really enjoyed our pampering and would definitely return to YOLO !

As someone who specializes in customer service with a quarter million dollar education, I am sorry to say I am disappointed, what started as a pleasant visit started going south when the woman who did my nails was literally pissed she had to remove my gel, she actually started complaining not only to me but to the people around her about how long it was going to take and that she would not have time to my nails which I put off doing for a little over two weeks and bare in mind I paid in advance so I left with no manicure that was already paid for. If she had warned me she could not give a full manicure and a pedicure ahead of time if I had gel, I would of paid extra if it was not for her poor attitude about the whole situation, especially considering most people get gel these days. I have never had that kind of response at any spa or salon that I have ever been to. Not only did I drive nearly an hour here but I have plenty of friends who are awaiting to hear how my experience was, it’s a pity really I expected better from what seemed like would of been a nice woman with a local business, this «problem» could have been easily avoided.
I guess I’ll add on since you want to justify my experience. 1) It took under two minutes to remove the two almost three week old gel that very easily comes off (I could of literally pick it off if I wanted to at that point) 2) I have never had a spa complain before EVER 3) You are right it was a was a special groupon DEAL to try out your salon, and you picked the price sweetie 4) There is not even a place to dry your nails 5) I said myself if you have an issue taking my acrylics off I will pop them off on my own 6) If you had not complained to the women next to you, not to mention the tone you complained to me in, in such a rude manor I would of paid extra like I said earlier 7) You offered me to pay an extra 15 to get my nails done so it sounds like you had a spot.

Great nail spa. My nails still look awesome 3 days after (and I do the dishes!). Eileen is a sweetie. Totally recommended.

What a blessing it was to find YOLO! Eileen did a magnificent color, cut and added a few highlights. Best sylist I have ever had. She is one that can look at you, see your hair as it could look, then makes it happen! Also had a pedi that was amazing and I walked out feeling like a million bucks.

Customer service was beyond fabulous all around. They got me in for a massage last minute (I was traveling) and even called a therapist in! Friendly and wonderful! Not to mention the massage was THE BEST and I am a massage therapist from out of state… So that is saying something!!! I would love to come back!

I discovered Yolo shortly after they opened for business in early May. the owner, Eileen, is gracious and extremely professional. Her business is spotlessly clean and completely organized. I was in search of a highly-​skilled Massage Therapist, so Eileen placed me with Jessica. She is very, very good. Her work has caused my chronic aches and pains to vanish. I will continue to see Jessica on a regular basis.
Yolo is already getting quite busy. Of course, they have been taking walk-​ins, but it is wise to make a reservation,

YOLO is amazing!!! Ever time I go to YOLO I leave feeling confident and fabulous. Eileen is very professional and extremely helpful when you’re deciding on a cut or color. I get lots of compliments on my highlights and its all thanks to her. Thanks, YOLO!

My experience at this salon was delightful! Being new to the area I wasn’t sure where to go! Unilocal lead me to YOLO.
Perfect match, thank you Unilocal! They were prompt, clean, very knowledgeable and most importantly passionate about what they do. My hair looks GREAT! Highlights, lowlights, and under color treatment was going so well that I had my son come in and get a quick cut. He too looks spectacular! All the while my husband could hang out at the pub/​restaurant in the same complex. I’ll definitely be back!
