This place is so great. I can’t believe they’re going out of business. One of the people here, Paula, is so nice and this place has been in south pas as long as I have. It’s so great, too great to go out of business.

I go to the gym across the street and when I saw how fun this store looked, i decided to go in. I love the layout of the candy in old jars and the vintage salt and pepper shakers. Its a really fun place if you need a quick gift for someone or even yourself! I will definitely be going back. The lady working was very friendly and welcoming as well!

This is a very cute little shop with things such as cards, old school toys and games, candy and flowers! While the prices aren’t the cheapest, it does feel nice supporting a local store. Also the nice elderly woman working at the counter let me try some candy that I was curious about, which was very sweet! Can’t wait to return!

Family Fair is a cool little gift shop that’s been part of the South Pasadena community since before I can remember. They have lots of gifts you can’t find online. Cool, trendy, off-beat and unique items and they update their inventory often. It’s a great place to track down unique seasonal gifts. I personally love their«Dia de los Muertes» selection. They’re right off the Gold Line, Mission Street exit.

This place is so cute, you just want to squeeze its cheeks to death. The owner, Clara, is precious, and so is her stock of fantastic, whimsical, witty gifts and items. There’s a room dedicated to vintage finds, a room for children’s stuffs like adorable little tutus for girls, an outdoor patio of garden accessories and the like, and a treasure chest of fun and unique things that are bound to make the receiver smile from ear to ear. Don’t cheat yourself out of a purchase either, I picked up a cute coffee table book about kittens peeing on things for cat-obsessed friend, and a package of obscure Polaroid-snapped pic postcards for funsies. They’ve got mustache memorabilia galore and a ton of really fantastic kitchen chotchkies. The sweetest part of the place? Candy and confections line the cash register area!

This is a darling little shop with something for everyone. However, I think that the picture on the website that shows the candy counter should include Clara, the proprietor. She is so sweet and an inspiration and the reason why some folks revisit.

I recently discovered Family Fair and we love stopping in to see what is new. The owner often has great deals marked down on the front porch to lure customers in. The shop is packed with cute, funny, whimsical gifts that are fun to look at and even more fun to wonder who would appreciate such a unique gift. The season decorations are cute and affordable and not the same-old, same-old. So grab a friend and stop in. Family Fair is a fun place to share and they even offer free gift wrap!

aww this place is adorable! more of a vintage/antique store than it is a boutique, but they definitely have a lot of cute finds here, and yes a candy shop! i came here about 3 times since its close to a café i always go to for my lunch break. and i find myself browsing a lot. but i dont really purchase anything. i guess that means a lot of the vintage items they have here are great to look at and admire, but there’s no point in really buying it unless your looking to use it for decorating purposes. but they do have a nice stock of mosser glass cake stands available in different colors and sizes every time i go in, i already purchased two for my cake stand collection! so if you need a cake stand, you know where to go!
