Bean Pie Cafe

Delicious assortment of pies and quiche. I was pleasantly surprised with the carrot pie, which was a first. The bean, butternut squash and quiche were equally delicious! All food-​items were hot and fresh out the oven upon delivery, which is was a nice touch. The customer service was equally impressive as the owner personally hand-​delivered the gourmet baked goods to my holiday destination after having placed the online-​order two weeks in advance from my home in the DMV. The only drawback, which shall result in the deduction of one star, the pie-​filling was kind of thin. As a connoisseur of such wholesome baked goods, I’m use to a heartier pie-​filling. Secondly, I don’t know if I would necessarily consider Bean Pie Café an actual «café». When I think of the word «café,» a small restaurant serving baked goods or light meals with coffee and other beverages come to mind. In any event, the food was indeed delicious! I look forward ordering additional pies and quiche the next time I’m in the area.
