Keri Jonette MD

Dr. Keri is great but her office staff is a nightmare. I’ve been calling for 3 weeks and left multiple messages regarding them sending my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. They never answer or return calls. I had to call the main Uhealth number, and the operator had to call within the UM network for them to finally pickup-​they ignore calls outside of the network. Dr. Keri is incredible but without a reliable staff how can you be confident that you will be taken care of as a patient? Very disappointing!

Impressed is an understatement while meeting Dr. Jonette Keri. My regular Dermatologist (Dr. Hu), who is wonderful as well had recommended me to see Dr. Jonette Keri for another opinion. She only comes to the Miller School location once a month. I waited one month for my appointment and today was the day.
First off the entire staff in the office does not get any better. They remember you and have so much compassion for your care. They all are top notch. I actually feel great when I leave simply because they make you feel so wonderful. Come on, who seriously walks out of any doctor’s office feeling warm & fuzzy. Superior Customer Service at all times. (many visits)
After they placed me in a room, another doctor came in who was I believe learning from Dr. Keri. She asked me some questions then Dr. Keri came in and introduced herself to me. She is funny, hyper, informative, excellent listening skills, then gives you her suggestions and ask you how you feel about them. Your care is very important to her. She talks directly to you, no medical terms that you can not understand.
My visit was good although I was told more blood work and a 30 day waiting period to get on a certain medication. Blah, so afterwards went and got my blood work up done to get it out of the way.
Hours later at home making dinner phone rings and it is Dr. Keri, I kinda freak cause I do not think a doctor has ever called me directly. She explains that she was thinking about me and she was on her way home so she thought she would call me. Because of my medical history she told me she could call in my prescription and I can get started on it next week after I quit taking my current medication for five days.
I could not believe she took the time out of her busy day to call me personally and made sure to tell me if I had any questions or anything to call the office. She then said the office would be calling me to schedule my monthly visits and proper blood work to get.
Like any medication it will take months to make sure it is working for me with no major side affects but I am confident that Dr. Keri has given me the best treatment plan. I look forward to one day having good skin again, genetics and hormones have not been on my side as I have aged.
Wait time, minimal.
So very thankful to have found Dr. Keri, she is amazing!

I had my first visit with her yesterday, and I was beyond impressed.
I have been struggling with adult acne and for the past year had been seeing a dermatologist that did absolutely NOTHING for me– in fact my skin has become a lot worse. She finally told me that there was «nothing else she could do for me.»
So in search of a 2^nd opinion, I found out about Dr. Keri Jonette and her specializing in cases like mine.
She was GENUINELY interested of figuring out what’s wrong with me. She ordered a whole bunch of blood work and even took a sample of my troubled area to be tested in the lab. She was very informative, had a plan of action. She was really sweet, understanding and reassuring.
She didn’t prescribe me a whole bunch of creams that she knows won’t make a difference and said I don’t want you to waste your money.
Its obvious that she knows what she is doing, this makes me happy.
Most importantly she’s restored my hope, because I was feeling pretty hopeless…
I’m really excited and will defiantly post an update as my treatment with her progresses.
