If they could get a negative star they would. The lady doing my eyebrows took half of the left brow off so it looked really off and then she tried to blame it on my genetics. Dont waste your time or money.

No appt needed and this lady her name starts with «T «there’s only two but both good but she’s Great!

So I am really not the one to write reviews but I just have to share my experience with this place. First let me say that I usually get my eyebrows done every two to three weeks and have been getting threading done for the past 15 years or so. This has been the worst experience ever! The two ladies that work there are just plain horrible at their job. They have no idea what they are doing. Stay clear from this place unless you want to be sporting a one eyebrow higher and thicker than the other looking like a clown. The lady that did my eyebrows at first denied that she jacked my eyebrows and then said I am a human and make mistakes… wtf!!! I could not be more frustrated so I called the owner to complain and get a refund for a job I should have never paid for in the first place. His response is «please come to the dadeland location to have professionals fix it for you». They should put a sign out saying only novice eyebrow threaders here… He was rude and just lacked simple customer service. I will never ever go there again.

Hahaha, stumbled upon this place thinking it was waxing… My daughter sat in the chair getting ready and the lady whips out thread and I’m like «oh, no waxing» and she’s like no, just threading … So my daughter and I stare at each other and she like what the heck, so we agreed. Wish would have gotten the lady’s name because she did a really good job. She was very quick, gave her eyebrows a nice shape and almost no redness or irritation. There was no wait when we walked in and were out less than 20 minutes later. The location is clean, nicely decorated. They offer several services and in a good price range. Funny we were so naïve, but happy we went.
