As much as I love Banana, the customer service needs a makeover! A sales associate today at the register was so rude and very unhelpful with an exchange. I ended up keeping the oversized blouse just to walk out and not deal with her. Too bad she didn’t have a name badge because she definitely needs a little training on service.

OK I need to stop reading websites that are fake I went on this website but I forgot the name and it said Sunset Place is closing all its restaurants and stores but they’re not they’re making it a medical office and closing like 10 stores but are keeping all the restaurants. Anyway this Banana Republic in Sunset Place is my favorite location in Miami I don’t understand why it has terrible reviews the staff is friendly and the store has great clothes and is a good size

A store in a mid-sized mall that’s a chain that has about 10 xsmall shirts in stock but nothing for the more «pleasantly plump» (read 2XL) in store? Telling a customer (who has a Banana card thank you very much) I can look up big clothes on line? That’s just unacceptable. We’re a major city that has people of all sizes not just a one size fit all buncha delinquent anorexics. But then again, at times, perhaps this clothing store is well placed in Miami after all… it often takes a banana republic type mentality to succeed.. .
