I always make a stop here when I go to Sunset Place. I have a lot of accessories and purses from Aldo. Most of my purses I’ve gotten on sale and I always get compliments! My only gripe is that their shoes don’t fit me… not even the size 5 styles that I like. This was the store I got my infamous brass knuckle rings. I love them and they’re a great conversation starter.

Oh Aldo, While this location is smaller than most, I have noticed that your most up-to-date styles usually hit here first. And I like that! I can’t speak for the other girls who seemed to have had such bad experiences at this store, but I can say that I’ve never been treated rudely. On the contrary, the BF and I stopped in yesterday and immediately we were asked if we needed anything. Even though we weren’t really there to buy anything, I still tried on a couple of pairs that were on sale. The attendant assisting me was very nice and really helpful. She even helped me with sizes. In the end, I didn’t buy anything, which always makes me feel bad for making them work, but it was a good experience. Aldo is a favorite of mine, where ever I am, so I was glad that your store was up to par with the styles, trends, and excellent staff. Thank you, SabrinaAnna*

oh aldo shoes — always so cute and fashionable but OHSOUNCOMFORTABLE! i agree with stefanie l. — service is awful and while i’m always drawn to walk in by their sales and cute shoes, never again will i buy shoes from here — half a day of mostly sitting at work and my feet are all injured! rar.

Although I love Aldo products, I did not appreciate the service — or lack thereof — I received from this particular store. My boyfriend and I were in Miami on vacation(I’m from the west coast) when we were shopping here. I was at the empty counter with my items waiting for quite a long while for one of the employees to ring me up. There was one guy working on the floor, and for all of you who have been to an Aldo know that the stores aren’t big. Another worker came out from the back, came up to me to ask if I had been helped. I said that I had not, but that I was ready for checkout. All she said was, «Oh, ok,» and then walked off without ringing me up. I was all«???» After some more waiting, the same woman goes up to my boyfriend to see if he needed help. He said that he didn’t but that I was ready. So she came up to me again and asks the same thing again, and I say the same thing again, and she does the same thing again. «Oh, ok,» and walked off. «WHATTHE!!!» So I put my items down and left. I don’t know if they were being discriminative or not, but I definitely will not be shopping there again. If you have yet to shop at an Aldo, I suggest that you head to another Aldo store in Miami.
