We had Beth and Affordable do a MAJOR MAJOR Project in in South Lake Tahoe. They have bent over backwards to accommodate us with all of the special needs of the individual homeowners at our condominium complex. She has been timely and has fixed a major problem that other companies in the area could not even tackle. I would highly recommend affordable construction to anyone in the lake Tahoe area they can handle large and small projects

We have never met any of the workers at this company but feel like we know them from our phone contacts. The HOA at our development chose Affordable Construction Services to do siding repairs of approx. 40 units. As a result, owners had the opportunity to have new sliders and windows put in without any added expense. Living 250 miles away, we could not be there to check on the work, make sure everything was done properly or the unit left in good condition. Beth & Patrick were awesome to work with to assure problem free, quality installation & workmanship. Even though they seemed so busy which says something for their company, they were always there for us. Also, Marcel M. from Meeks Meyer’s location did a great job of coordinating the ordering and delivery of our sliders and windows. He provided great customer service.
During this time, we also needed some City of SLT permit compliance work done as our condo is a vacation rental. Even though Affordable was swamped with other HOA work required, they were able to help us with time sensitive electrical work. Our unit passed inspections with flying colors thanks to them.
I would not hesitate to recommend Affordable Construction Services. They were professional, timely, fair, reliable and conscientious in their dealings with us.

This company is unprofessional and a waste of anyone’s time. Set a date and time for someone to come out and give a quote on some work. That day nobody showed up. Called the company and they said sorry– someone would be out in an hour. About 2 hours later, Beth showed up. She talked about all of her experience and know-​how. We explained the work we wanted done on our place. She gave us her opinions and we agreed upon using her and her company. She said she’d get back to us with a quote within a couple days.
About a week later I called to inquire… I was told the quote wasn’t ready, but Beth would call me back. A few days later I called back and the person on the phone told me that Beth would call me right back. I made repeated calls and sent emails that went unanswered. What a waste of time.
