I was very impressed with this firehouse subs location! The seating area was cleaned and we’ll organized. I was happy to hear a warm «welcome to firehouse subs» the moment I walked through the door. I ordered a medium hook and ladder with no lettuce. They do skimp a bit on the meat (hence 4 stars and not 5). My sandwich came out within 5 minutes (I had 3 people ahead of me). It was warm and the bread fresh! My meal (including chips) was around 8 $. Prices are a little higher than normal, but you are paying for quality here. I will definitely be back to this location.

This place used to be decent, it has gone downhill rapidly. I came in on a Sunday and we were the only customers present. It seemed as if we were an inconvenience to the employees, of which there were many. Most of them lounging around, meanwhile the store was a mess. The floor was filthy, the soda machine was a mess and coming apart, the floor in front of it was sticky and gross. I would guess it hadn’t been swept or mopped in like 3 – 4 days, all the trash cans had old food and garbage all around the little hole you dump trays in. Overall the appearance of the store was poor.
We always order the same thing; and normally it’s well put together. This time it was falling apart before we even touched it. Good news is it still tasted pretty good, just had to re-make it in order to consume it.
In summary the Firehouse Subs franchise is usually fairly good. like a less expensive yet better Quiznos. But this location needs some help.

NEVER GOING TO SUBWAY AGAIN! Subway cheats you out of meat on your sub like crazy. Seriously they lightly sprinkle the meat so thinly it would still pass for a hard core vegetarian. At Firehouse subs my meat was like an inch thick!!! The sub was a foot long and cost about 2 bucks more than subway but it was equivalent to several subway sandwiches in one. I like how they have a sauce bar so you can add flavor to your sub anyway you like. I would give 5 stars but the prices are a tad high but still worth it over subway any day.

This place is slightly better than Subway, but that’s about it. Their bread is nice and soft and they load the sandwich with tons of meat, but it’s just another sandwich shop. Nothing really stands out and their «Cherry limeade» is not very good as it’s just a bunch of syrup flavoring.

This place was okay. They advertise over sized proportions and giant subs. I was worried it would be too much food for me but when my sub got to my table after a long wait it did not meet my expectations. They gave me two potions for bread white or wheat. My sub was mostly bread with some meat and cheese. Plus their iced tea is not good, I like to taste tea not sugar water.
I wont be going back not with Jimmy Johns or Subway for other options.

Very much like quiznos or the the other generic sandwich chains. I would go back if it was convenient and I was crunched for time, but I would make no effort to come here over another generic sandwich place.

I got a Philly cheese steak with mushrooms, they forgot the mushrooms. They only have two choices in bread, wheat and white, nothing special. A sandwich shop should have more than two bread choices. The onions on the sandwich were raw. I’ve never been served a Philly cheese steak with raw onions before, it was not good. The sandwich was dry and flavorless. They had cookies up front with no label, they looked like white chocolate chip cookies so I got one. Turns out they were lemon cookies, it was terrible. Who makes lemon flavored cookies? That’s a terrible flavor for a cookie. If a place decided to serve odd flavored cookies it should be clearly labeled.

I almost always get the Hook and Ladder. The sandwiches and big and they are good!
A sandwich here is better than a Subway sandwich any day of the week.

Consistently good food. This location is fairly new but it’s the same great food you’d expect from firehouse.
I love the turkey bacon ranch. I also love that they give me the opportunity to give back to first responders. Good food and charity make a great team.

I am not happy with my first and last experience here.
I stopped in one Sunday afternoon after hearing that this place was pretty good.
The menu was pretty confusing, and literally everything had meat on it. As a vegetarian, this was frustrating for me. I normally just customize my sandwiches because I’m pretty picky, but that was impossible here due to all of the ingredients being behind a brick counter. I had to blindly guess what they had, and they didn’t have much of what I liked. I ended up choking down a lettuce, onion, and tomato sandwich. I requested honey mustard, and got about a pennies worth. Thanks for the vegetable brick?
The service here wasn’t very good either. The people there seemed new and like they didn’t care. Every time I asked for a certain ingredient, they would stare at me blankly for a few moments before telling me they didn’t have it.
The only thing I did like was the white bread.

Ok service however I sent my sandwich back. It didn’t look anything like the picture and the ingredients they said were on the sandwich were not on it. Kids meals were fine but I doubt I would come back.
