Love this place! I’ve been to allot of massage places and this one takes the cake..

What a great experience. My wife booked us an early Valentine’s Day couples massage. We have had massages at several different places. This is by far one of the best experiences I have had at a massage spa. Very friendly and professional great customer service. The therapists were very knowledgeable and skilled and knew what they were doing. They have heated massage beds, heated towels for your neck and feet and heated lotion. This was amazing!

Holy crap. I have had a lot of massages (a lot of which were at high-​end resorts or hotels around the world). My massage with Tiffany beat them all and set a new expectation for my future massages. From the moment I walked in the door until I left, I was pampered and treated like royalty. The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming. Tiffany was so accommodating and took the time to really understand what I wanted. I swear she massaged muscles I didn’t even know I had. She even taught me some stretches after the massage to help relieve tension in some problem areas.
Even though I live nearly a hour away, I will most definitely be back — it’s worth the drive and I feel it’s very reasonably priced. You have a customer for life, Elements. Thank you!

I have never felt so much better after receiving a massage than I do here. I have a pretty crazy job that requires a lot of heavy lifting and coming here at least once a month has been a life saver! Chelsey is AMAZING! I’ve also had Kimi and Lynette and they are great as well! You definitely won’t regret it!

I just had a prenatal massage here today and it was good. I paid $ 59 plus tip at the intro rate and it was a great price. I loved that after my massage the LMT gave me advice on what stretches to do to help my back and shoulders. She was so nice but I didn’t feel like she was giving me medium to deep pressure the whole time. The front desk lady was super nice and I didn’t feel pressured to buy a membership (like I did at Massage Envy). I would consider coming back and paying full price.

There are a few things I look for when I have the urge for a «just sit back and let someone else pamper you» day: cleanliness, atmosphere, and noise. The place has to be clean, modern, and quiet. Not much to ask, right?
Elements fits the bill for me! It is nice and modern, it is clean, and it was oh so very quiet! Plus I got a York peppermint patty at the end? Yes please!
My massage was with Kimberly and it could not have been more perfect for me! She asked me more than once how the pressure was. Before she started she asked if I had any trouble spots she needed to be aware of to avoid or specifically work on. The music and temperature are adjustable as well, all I had to do was ask. I did not need to, it was perfect for my taste, but it sure was nice to know that was an option.
When I was done, Kimberly even offered some tips to help me with some neck stretches as I sit hunched over a computer all day. I felt that was a really nice touch showing that she paid attention to my trouble areas and wanted to help me.
One thing that might just set Elements apart is that they offer a wellness program where you pay a monthly fee and get one massage a month. You can use it yourself or give it as a gift. Then if you need more massage during the month, you get a discount as well. That seems pretty cool. Booking a follow up massage was super easy too! When I walked out into the lobby they asked if I wanted to come back to see Kimberly again. Booked my follow up right then and there.
So yes, a well earned 5-​star establishment.

Massages, facials, spa in general is one of my favorite things to do. I have worked in the industry for about 10 years, doing every job possible from spa host, front desk, to massage and esthetics, and I can say that I really like this elements. Now, elements is not a spa-​spa, it is a membership based massage facility, BUT it is a definite upgrade from massage envy or massage green spa. The turn over of therapist is still high, which happens at membership based places, but so far all the massage therapist I have had were well educated and had good techniques. So, choosing a favorite will come down to personal preferences, such as pressure, flow and independent style. I personally like long slow movement with the forearms and elbow, emphasis on my back, hips and neck.
Room: standard, clean, hydrollic table, table warmer, blanket, a nice touch that elements has is after each treatment (or before) you end with a piece of chocolate. The therapist also bring a bottle of water not a small plastic cup of water.
Therapist: each one has asked me multiple times about my comfort, pressure and overall goals for the treatment. Each one has used heated towels, or a hot pack which is complementary, and each one has been professional.
Memberships are withdrawn from your account monthly and roll over if they are not used.
Overall, I think this is an excellent option for someone looking to get massaged regularly for a decent price.
Also I have had no problem calling for an appointment on the same day.

My husband and I are in town and needed a couples massage. I was able get scheduled and in the same day. Very friendly service and professional. Both of the therapists were very nice and clear about asking about our comfort and target areas. We both loved the massages and felt very relaxed afterward. We will definitely be scheduling again when we are back in town.

This place is so great! They got me in for a hot stone massage with Elgin and I’m so glad I chose Elements! There was so much that they got right here to make sure the customers have a perfect massage. There were no hard sells like some other places you go to and Elgin was 100% professional and skilled. Hands down best massage I’ve ever had — usually I feel a little awkward at other places I’ve been to but not here! So glad they are right up the street from my work. Highly highly recommend!

I found myself with a last minute sitter. I have chronic back pain and just needed something to get me through until the next time I could get a day at the spa. They were able to get me in that day and I received a deep tissue massage from Christina. I had never experienced one if these before. They customize which areas to work on and offer a first time 49.99 rate for 55 min. After my massage I was dizzy, nauseous, and disoriented. I took this as a good sign. Some serious stagnant stuff had been moved around! My back has felt stronger for the last 2 days but I know it will take some upkeep. I feel like my life has somewhat been changed. I am looking into their wellness membership program. Some insurances may cover it if prescribed by your doctor. The place is nice and clean. The people are very nice and empathetic– even calling to check on me. This isn’t your fancy overpriced day spa type place. It’s geared toward your health and getting «work» done. After spending a lot on fancy spas walking around in robes with everyone and having mostly disappointing results (it IS nice to get pampered sometimes) it’s great to have found a place I can just go to and get down to the real business of feeling better!
