We worked with Ryan when purchasing our vacation home in South Haven. He did not give up until he found us what we wanted at the right price. Ryan is very responsive and is knowledgeable about the area and the local market. There is no hard sell with him, nor are there any excuses. We told him we wanted to close in 10 days and he got it done. Period. Even after the sale, he has been very helpful in helping us to find contractors and giving advice about renting. I’d highly recommend Ryan.

Ryan was recommended to us by several different people as an excellent agent when we were searching for our vacation home. He was an invaluable resource, both personable and professional.
There were several bumps in the road on our way to ownership, and Ryan was able to walk us through each of them and to help us find solutions. When the original property was unexpectedly taken off the market, Ryan was quick to help us find another property that even better met our needs.
Throughout the buying process, he worked with the bank to make sure that our lending process went smoothly.
In addition, we are now looking forward to working with him as our rental agent for our second home. We are enjoying our vacation home, and looking forward to making many memories in South Haven!

As I watch my friends struggle with the mess that purchasing a home can sometimes be, I thank my lucky stars that my family had Ryan. He’s fun to work with (if you’re going to spend that much time in the car with someone, it helps!), kind, smart, and knowledgeable. His love for his community and his work is plain to see, but best of all, he found the perfect home for my family, kept us under our budget, and made the whole process quick and completely painless!
