Did the 2 for $ 25 with my dad.
–split pea soup
–potato skins ~ over cooked
–lamb shank

Ordered breakfast. Service was slow; my waitress was practically lifeless. Food came, found hair in my pancakes. Told waitress; with a placid face she nonchalantly said «Sorry» No option made to remake or return. Got up, paid for my pricey breakfast that I didn’t eat. And vowed never to return.

The worst diner I have ever been to the food was bad and the service was worse. We were charged twice and when we confronted the manager «ANTHONY» he cursed at us telling us to not BULLSHIT him. DON’T GO THERE! DON’T GET RIPPED OFF!

Good Menu — Clean Diner — they have everything — take out was hot and packed perfectly

Gross, Gross, Gross. Ordered chicken fettuccini Alfredo (through Grub Hub to be delivered), and the food smelled sour. Thinking it may just be something they made their Alfredo with I actually tasted it and yep, should have let it be. It was disgusting. They won’t be getting anymore of my money.

Ordered from here Saturday got chicken in the basket and 2 Patti melts and a brownie Sunday well I never got the Sunday they refused to let me get it next time I ordered and lost out on the money the pattie melts and chicken was disgusting I threw everything out 60.00 down the drain will never go here again

So I love diners, especially after a long night out. So imagine my disappointment when I did not enjoy my meal here. Ordered French toast, egg whites, and turkey sausage. The sausage was too salty. The French toast were a little too burnt. Wasn’t too happy with my meal.
The waitress was nice and checked on us periodically.
Would I come back… Maybe I will try a burger, since my boyfriend enjoyed his.

Woke up 7a on Saturday morning with a hankering for French toast. At 7.5mo prego, you can imagine it was a strong hankering. After reading reviews on various sites for P46D, I, admittedly, had mixed expectations, but like I said… I was jonesing cinnamon-​y, syrup-​y, toast-​y goodness, and this is the closest diner to my house. Taking a cue from the reviews, I opted for pick-​up, called in my order– one order of French toast and 2 eggs scrambled soft with American cheese, ON THE SIDE– and headed out.
Arrived 7 minutes later, was told order was being packaged, and paid my tab, $ 10.76. By the time I signed the credit card slip, my order was handed to me and I was out the door. Before I exited the parking lot, I did peek in the bag to make sure that they didn’t put the eggs in same container as toast; I don’t like certain foods to «touch» and I’m sure some of you Unilocaler Foodies can relate. Two separate containers were in the bag. Oh The Joy!!!
Got home and ripped open the bag. Literally. Lol. Grabbed a plate and went straight for the French toast. Hmm… nice, thick slices of bread with lots of cinnamon on top. Looked divine! Alas, the slices weren’t very «toasty» (or warm). Oh well, I thought. At least they smell good! I then opened the eggs, and while they weren’t scrambled soft, they were indeed scrambled, with a nice orange slice of (unmelted) cheese on top. Lol. I added some butter to the «cinnamon bread» and popped the plate in the micro for 40 secs.
The verdict: the eggs were fluffy, cheesy, and sans shells, so I have no complaint there. The French toast, however, left much to be desired. Unfortunately. The un-​toasty-​ness of it all took away all allure. There was none of that wonderfully contrasting texture you usually get from FT (crunchy, velvety, chewy), and the syrup just basically rested on top of the bread, unwilling to get «happy» with the butter. Gotta say, this was definitely not a «food porn» moment to be forever memorialized on IG.
Since they’re so close, and the (call-​in/​take-​out) service was pretty decent, I think I’ll go back to P46D, but not sure if order the French Toast again.

Went for breakfast and ordered an omelette and found half of an egg shell in my omelette. It wasn’t just a little piece but a huge chunk. This is just straight neglect and disregard to people’s health. It is through egg shells that people get salmonella. My pregnant wife almost ate it… very disappointed that this happened.

Went in for breakfast. From the outside it looked a bit like a dump. Inside is a nice surprise whit a clean and friendly atmosphere. The big surprise was the silverware. This was the cleanest silverware I have ever gotten from any establishment. Clean utensils is a major issue for me. If the forks and knives are not clean (major water spots, bits of food) what was stuck to the plate you put my food on and the pans you cooked it in? The food was typical diner food, not bad but nothing great which is better than a lot of places. Between this and the Coach house in Hackensack, I think are the cleanest diners in the area.

1 star for delivery… not worth your time or money… maybe a better service if you go to the diner. But I can’t imagine it being that much better. The ± of quality cannot be that wide when it comes to quality. I understand temperature and the packaging because of delivery but it still doesn’t say much about your business

I was at my company warehouse, and a colleague suggested we try Plaza 46 Diner. It’s a diner. A bit run down, but the servers were very nice, and were very attentive. I ordered the open face tuna sandwich with cheese. It was pretty underwhelming since they put square slices of the kraft singles on my meal. I give an A for effort but the food was not that good. ENJOY!

I placed an order for delivery, a fairly large order (over $ 70). The delivery arrived about an hour after, but they messed up some of the order. For example, I ordered a chicken quesadilla with no peppers or onions and with disco fries on the side. They sent it with peppers and onions, sent plain fries, and didn’t send any sour cream, or salsa with it. I also ordered a slice of carrot cake and a slice of lemon meringue pie, both of which were stale. I called them immediately after the food arrived and explained the situation. They asked if I wanted them to send replacement food over, I didn’t want to wait another hour, and I didn’t wanna be a jerk for the delivery guy to have to come all the way back to my house for no tip this time, so I asked if she could just keep my name on file with a note, and next time I order they could take care of me. She said, «no problem», and took down my info. I called to 2 weeks later to redeem this offer and order other food as well, to my surprise, they said they would give me a credit of $ 1.75 on my order! I was befuddled. I said to them, «you said you would replace the food on that day, why won’t you do it today?» She replied, «that was that day, this is today.» Needless to say, I changed my mind immediately and canceled my order. I asked them to send the delivery guy over with my $ 1.75 as well. I’m waiting for that right now.
EDIT: They sent my $ 1.75 back, and the delivery guy was more apologetic than the waitress who originally took the order or the manager. Shows you who is actually a good person.

This place has really gone down hill over the years. Sitting here right now waiting for an order that was called in for take out. The waiters and waitresses were too busy on their cell phones that they didn’t enter the order into the system. We ordered in Paramus and was told it would take 10 minutes. Have now been sitting here for 20 minutes more. Place is a joke, spend your money somewhere worth it

They have zero cares about how food is received. Ordered salad dressing on side. Arrived w it on. Also received it with hot food placed on top so lettuce was warm. Also warm was dessert also leaking over bag.
Called to tell them, guy said he’d bring new salad. Arrived w dressing on side but salad was half full.
I will never order or go here again.

I ordered a veggie burger with fries and cole slaw. Burger was ok, fries feels a little stale but I ordered a delivery so it could be just a time issue. It was overall an ok experience.

This place seems to disappoint often. Its sad because I live very close from the diner. The breakfast is usually hit or miss. Most of the time, the home fries taste a lil raw rather then cooked a little. The cheese omelet that I get sometimes usually smells a little strange. Not appetizing. The Lady thats usually near the door seems rude very often. Im a fan of diners with delicious comfort food and warm atmosphere. This diner is far from that.

Been here many times, it’s OK, not the best not the worse. Decent hamburgers but their Italian sauce needs work. Sometimes there’s a woman at the door, who seats you that isn’t very friendly.

Our Sunday afternoon spot! Since coming here out of pure desperation, we’ve become addicted. Not only are the prices fair, you get more food than you order and it is incredible! Always served fresh, hot and tasty. We took some friends there some
Sundays ago. They heard diner and were a bit skeptical. Once they had their meal, they’re looking forward to the next invite.

Diners, diners, diners… I love diners. They have breakfast food any time you want! I’ve come here for lunch once and dinner once and both times, good experiences. I honestly don’t remember what I got the first time for lunch, but the atmosphere is nice, like that ol’ diner feel.
For dinner, I ordered the corned beef with fries and it was amazing. The service getting it to my table was a bit slow, but that was a quickly forgotten due to the awesome sandwich. It just a simple corned beef sandwich, but it was packed with meat and flavor.
Nice place to visit for any time of the day.
