Totally honest review:
This guy is awesome!
Man if I can give a 10 star I would.
He’s been in real state for a very long time, and really knows his stuff. I mean he really can get the deal done. I had two other agents that 1. Didn’t really work for you and 2. They weren’t organized or on top of it.
We looked and looked and we’re getting outbid by other people purchasing, the 1^st agent said it was a sellers market and we had to offer more than they were asking for …
TONY though, was able to rewrite the offer letter to a home we were already turned down for!
And we ended up purchasing it, we got through escrow and all the signing and emails but we made it ! I was so surprised tony was the one pushing the lender and sellers and others to get things done, he even got the seller to pay most of the closing cost !!
He was recommended by 2 different people, a co worker and a family friend, and what’s funny is that when they recommended him, i already had called him. so I said «funny that you mention him, I already called him and he’s already helping me» .
We closed escrow and he’s still in touch with my wife and I for follow ups and the home remodeling process.
I mean I can’t say enough about him.

This review is my honest and personal experience. I didn’t even know the guy till I called and met with him.

If your looking for agent Tony is your man. Tony was on the ball the whole step of the way. Once we made our decision the seller countered and he got them to drop there counter offer. Plus they agreed to fix minor issues from the inspectors report. I was happy the seller agreed to pay closing costs as well. Tony always responded promptly with any question we had and constantly gave us updates. We’re about to close and it’s only been 2−½ weeks. We couldn’t ask for a better agent!!!
