Horrible experience. Set up an appointment, called to confirm the day of appointment, they told us we were not on their schedule. However they found the notes on my call to schedule the appointment? They also told me I said I didn’t want Hispanics cleaning
my house. I’m Hispanic!!! Have no idea how that came about??? Absolute joke of a company. Nina was the lady we spoke with. Do NOT call upon them EVER!!! I wish I could give zero stars…

I have nothing to say but wonderful things about Merry Maids from Norwalk! I had their service for over a year and never once was disappointed. Every other Monday I would come home to a super clean house, perfect bathroom, dishes put away, trash taken out, and way more. To me their normal business practice is to exceed every standard. Timely, adaptive, detailed, practical are just some terms I could toss around about them!
I would recommend them to anyone AND I HAVE! Although I’m moving, I will miss the attention to detail the maids had and the best customer service ever!

Unless you want your trash bags thrown on your front lawn, streaks all over your mirrors & appliances, your phone charger broken, your pets locked in a room all day, your eye shadow shattered all over the bathroom floor, things not cleaned thoroughly, or want long black hairs on your kitchen counter, then these are not the people to go with. Waste of $$.
These people are completely unprofessional and are not trained properly. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money.
