I don’t even feel like give them 1 star cashier and other people work there super sweet and deals are pretty good at the local carter store in neighbor hood but I had some issue with cloth I went back manager little skinny girl with glasses give little attitude she try to act like she own that place I told her and remind her job and told not to Mess with this community around cause you problem not because those customer her pay check I have link to anyone in this city to city hall, police department, mayor off the city and state of California measure and weigh after she cool down hope that don’t happen to any other person if I find out I will do my best to close the store down

I love their sales & customer service. The manager Diana was super Duper helpful. This carter’s is awesome! Eventhough the sizes you want may go fast, the sales associates are willing to help you find alternatives. Definitely my favorite Carter’s!

I love this Carters! I’ve recently been on a baby shopping kick for my 3 month old niece and carters has been my go to store lately. What I love about this specific Carters is the cleanliness and the customer service that is provided by the wonderful staff! I always feel welcomed by a friendly greeting and great customer service. The new store manager is amazing! She goes above and beyond for her customers. She is always very helpful and very friendly! I always feel well taken care of when I have her help. I love this Carters so much I will definitely be visiting this store more frequently!
