They recently replaced my Heating, AC unit and wall thermostat. Price wise they were not the cheapest but Pat definitely explained everything thoroughly. On the first visit she did a free estimate and in-​home analysis. PHC carries American Standard products which was rated highly by consumer reviews and had the fewest repair issues. (The other competitors charge less for their units but, can cost more with repairs and special filters they only carry. Consider these costs down the road.)
PHC obtained the city permit and were able to remove the old unit and install the new unit without any problems. The unit passed city inspections and we are VERY HAPPY with how efficient the unit is! I will definitely continue to use this locally owned family business again, THANK YOU PHC!!!

PHC took care of us when our A/​C went on the fritz. They came out in a timely fashion, gave us a quote which was lower than the nearest competitors. We ended up going with PHC for a new A/​C system and it works great. Their work is good and they didn’t leave a mess when they were done. They even do a follow up later on to make sure you are satisfied with their work. It is a nice family-​run company.
