Spoke with Mike regarding costing and he provided some further clarification. In all service was good, price still seems a bit on the high end.

We were referred to Compass Heating and Air Conditioning by Mitsubishi to install 2 ductless heating and air conditioning units. Mike came to our house and explained everything we needed to know and how the work would be done. Mike and his crew got the install done in one day. They wore booties while in the house and put down drop cloths where the work was being done. The work on the outside was done very neatly and no mess was left behind. Mike and his crew were very professional and friendly-​even after a long day of working in the heat! The products are just as Mike had promised and have exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed with this company that we will be using them for all of our future heating and air conditiong needs! Thanks again Mike!

Mike provided a very fair quote on the installation of a new Mitsubishi system at my hour. They were in and out same day and the this solution is working better than exceeded. My over the garage office is now about 20 degrees cooler.
Can’t say how happy I am with this solution and what great work they did on including everything in the order.

Yesterday morning my furnace started acting up (turning on and off quickly and not warming much not good in February), so I gave Mike a call. We set up for him to have someone come out after I got home from work and check it out. Chris came, heard what it was doing, and told me 2 different possible problems. Then he explained to me how the furnace works, and what causes these problems. Due to the age of the furnace, the fact I was already planning to replace it, and the cost of repair I decided to have it replaced, and today they came out and replaced the furnace. Both Chris & Mike took the time to explain everything to me and made sure any questions I had were answered. They even went so far to move my washer & dryer back a couple of inches, because I had asked if the new furnace would be smaller and add space in my tiny cramped utility/​laundry room. I will be recommending Compass to others and have them back this spring to replace my air conditioner.

My furnace sounded like a chainsaw every time it started up and I thought, «great, this is going to cost me.» We called Compass and Mike came out pretty quickly to take a look at it. He replaced the blower motor quickly and did it at a fair price. It didn’t hurt that he was a very nice guy and we talked about video games while he worked. I couldn’t recommend Compass enough, they do a great job!
