The nicest salon I’ve been to. Great experience all around, very nice environment, reasonable prices, the girls are so sweet, do a fantastic job, and the owner is extremely friendly and attends to the smallest details in the kindest way.

I got my eyes brown done and my lips done too and my arms by ail and she did a best job every and she is all so she my friend and hard worker and she is fun to talk to and she fun doing hair as well

I went to this salon because I had a gift card. But I will return because I had received a great hair cut. I went in for a major style change and my stylist Beth nailed it. Way to go. Looking forward to returning.

I was recommended by a friend to try here when I moved to the St. Charles area. I wanted a nice salon but not too posh or uncomfortable. I loved this salon, and I used Beth for my cuts/​styles — she was amazing and so friendly. I only utilized the hair services, but I would highly recommend this salon and Beth! We recently moved to OH, and I am sad I will have to find a new place.

I can speak about this place from a unique perspective, as I’ve been both an employee and a client of this wonderful salon. And I can tell you (from both sides) that this is a top notch salon.
I worked seasonally as an assistant (doing shampoos, laundry, general cleaning) for 5 or 6 years during high school and college. From that experience, I can say that Elements is not only clean, but is also owned and managed by kind and professional individuals. Joel is the friendly face you’ll often see at the front desk or answering phones, and lovely Agnes is a top-​notch stylist.
Elements also provides a top-​of-​the-​line training program for current stylists and stylists-​in-​training. They make every effort to stay at the forefront of new techniques and products, and it shows in their vast knowledge and in the work they do! You will find every stylist to be very educated — they are very familiar with the products they’re using and know what works and what doesn’t for different types of hair.
As a current client, I can also say that the stylists (in addition to being sociable and friendly) all do a great job. I’ve been colored, cut and styled by nearly all of them at one point or another, and have always been happy with the results. My last few appointments have been with Lindsay, and she has gone above and beyond my expectations at every appointment! There are always several inevitable ‘hair flips’ that take place as soon as I’m out of her chair!
Bottom line: Professional owners, friendly/​knowledgable stylists, clean atmosphere, highly recommended.

I have been going to elements on and off for the last few years when I need a trim or blow out. Those services have been decent but nothing amazing. I have been avoiding dying my hair since the summer because I didn’t want it to be damaged. I set an appointment to get my hair dyed and highlighted and asked for the best colorist. After $ 130 this is the worst dye job I have ever experienced at a salon. My roots are lighter than the rest of my hair and even though I asked for something natural the color is definitely not something found it nature.
