I’m a homeowner who has visited this store over the last several years to buy paint supplies. I’ve always received courteous help, but the last time I was in, I had to pick colors for several rooms. I was shown extreme patience and guidance in my color choices. A gentleman behind the counter remixed colors, added white, or added color until I was happy. (I don’t recommend custom mixing like this, but I was fixated on getting just the right color!) There was a woman who listened carefully to the description of my bathroom and after asking questions about window placement, lighting, etc, she opened her color charts and pointed to the perfect color! I have re-told this story again and again. She was obviously quite experienced and talented at color selection. Overall, I’ve had great experiences here and enjoy shopping at a local, family owned business.

Recently my wife and I visited this Paint store to get information on a certain stain. We entered and there were two men behind the counter and only one was waiting on a customer. My wife approached the counter as I looked around. She stood there for approximately 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging her. A man came in who was obviously a professional painter and the other guy jumped all over him. My wife was very upset!!! We are local residents and she was very upset with being ignored. She grabbed me and out we went and that will be the last time we visit there.
