Waltham, MA
Great location on the waterfront, with beautiful beaches to walk and swim. Great wildlife, watching ospreys hunt for fish. The motel is serious about keeping it clean. Pleasant staff. Many different sizes of rooms, efficiencies, studios, townhomes. We didn’t use any AC, as they smelled moldy when running. We’ve been here before, different unit, same problem. Still, we will come back!

The location is nice and right on the beach. However, the owner is psychotic — a very angry, aggressive person.
We would not recommend this place as a result.

I stayed here on Saturday, September 8, 2012. I stayed in an efficiency that had a king size bed. It had a mini kitchen that worked out just fine. The kitchen was equipped with two stove burners, refrigerator, dishes, pans, silverware, toaster and a coffee maker. The room was pretty and exceptionally clean. I had my own outside deck with table and chairs. I also had a perfect view of the water. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The wind, the water, the sand and the view is all worth the price.
