Joel Danaher and his team are fantastic. Joel is incredibly knowledgeable about floors of all kinds, and it was a great experience to work with him! My 1899 Victorian has four, yes four, different wood floors in ~800 square feet. Joel did a thorough pre-​work assessment, including evaluating, from the basement, the probable state of the floors under linoleum. Joel and his team made each of my four floors beautiful (including the original wood in the kitchen, which was hiding under linoleum, plywood, and disgusting tar; it looks gorgeous now!). Joel even identified some special historic «Dutch» style flooring that I would never have recognized as special. They also helped repair a broken spot, and did a great job. They also are quite responsive and communicative, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this team.

We had about 1400 square feet of hardwood floor laid by this company. I really can’t speak highly enough about this company’s professionalism. They were very professional in spite of several snafus that were partially our fault.
They did a beautiful job on the flooring and cleaned up after themselves. There were some damages done – as there will be when doing a job of this size. But they came back and fixed everything.
The owner, Joel, is incredibly personable and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having flooring installed. The price was right as well!
