I wish there was a Minus 10 star review option here. Please never ever ever use this company. They are likely part of the group of criminals that use the loophole in the US legislation that makes it impossible to track«disappeared» moving goods when moving companies move their own offices across state lines(read up about it online, it’s a thing). They completely disappeared with my entire moving goods — think, everything I own — for 3 months. At first, an incompentent lady by a first name only(«Gigi») answered the phone and promised about 30 times that her«manager» was going to call back with updates on the delivery of the move(I was moving from NYC to SF). That never happened. No response to emails, either. Getting a lawyer involved didn’t help. Then, the phone was disconnected. Miraculously, a truck showed up and delivered about ¾ of my belongings after weeks of agony. I had no information about what happened at any point. I never received a response about the boxes and pieces the company did not deliver. So: Never ever use this company.

BUYERBEWARE!!! This is the worst moving company ever! They provide extremely poor customer service and do not respond to their customers regarding comments or questions. The customer service representative, Mya, was absolutely horrible. She was available in the beginning to answer my questions and any other concerns that I had — until I made my first deposit. Then she disappeared, would not answer or return my calls. I shipped my items from New Jersey to Florida. The movers dismantled my queen size bed in New Jersey(a service that was INCLUDED in my shipping fee). Once my furniture arrived in Florida, a different set of movers brought in my furniture and assembled it — -EXCEPT FORMYBED. They claimed that they could not figure out how to put it back together again and that they could no longer ‘WASTE” time trying to put it back together. So they left my bed frame in pieces, left my mattess in the hallway(I have the pictures to prove it), and told me to contact customer service(who never called me back or responded to my voicemails and emails) to have some one put it together. Putting my bed back together was also INCLUDED in my shipping fee — which they did NOT provide. Do yourself a favor — -DO NOTUSETHEM!
