My husband and I dropped by this wonderful store while in the mall. The sales staff were classy, knowledgable, and took excellent care of us. My husband ended up surprising me with a ruby and diamond anniversary band for our ten year anniversary. They sized it on the spot, which I’ve never experienced and the piece is made well and exceptional in value. They carry such unique items and they are always willing to help you get the most out of your experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Me and my family have shopped and had repairs done from here for years. But it unfortunately is not what it used too be. Twice now within a week I’ve received inconsistent estimates and was over priced for the same work I’ve had done in the past. And today was the last time it’s gonna happen for me. The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was even looking at spending over $ 1,000 on a new piece of jewelry after I got my repairs. Let’s just say I didn’t end up getting either of the two. I will probably start bringing my business elsewhere and I strongly recommend others to do the same.

I needed a minor repair on a bracelet. After taking it to two nearby jewelers who were unhelpful, the woman behind the counter looked at the bracelet, took out a couple of tools, performed some magic, and did exactly what was needed. To top it all off, she wouldn’t take any money!
I have purchased several rings and bracelets in the past– they have beautiful, unusual pieces– I’ll shop there again!

Unfortunately, I was looking for a very specific style that they did not have at the time but could easily be custom made. Gloria was so sweet and what a smart cookie! She really knows her stuff!
