Wonderful store! Lindsay is always there to help! She is absolutely wonderful to deal with and always has a big smile on her face! This is the place to shop in town!

I have reviewed this company on all other sites but he needs one on Unilocal.Perry Winkle’s runs an amazing business. All of the staff members are extremely caring and considerate for their customers. They are all attentive and professional. I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of work that they do. You would be doing yourself a disservice to buy your jewelry anywhere else in the Burlington area if you don’t buy it at Perry Winkle’s fine jewelry. I worked with the owner and she was amazing. She help me pick out a beautiful diamond that is brilliant shiny that my wife loves. Keep up the good work PerryWinkle’s.

Perrywinkle’s redefines customer service. The staff and management are always friendly; they greet you with a smile and recognize their regular customers. This is not only our favorite jeweler for purchasing new items but also for repairing rings and vintage wristwatches.

I’m sorry but I CANNOT STOP gushing about this place. We had to get my engagement ring resized and it literally took two days. We ended up having to wait several days later to go pick it up because they got the work done too quickly. I wish that I could say that more often!
It’s unfortunate but I often have a difficult time being taken seriously because of my physical appearance. It comes with choosing to have a half-​shaved head and bleach blonde/​purple hair. During my experience here, I always felt like I was treated with the utmost respect from all of the staff and that they were truly happy to be helping my boyfriend and I. Without a doubt we will be going back to get our wedding bands when the time comes.

Visited Perrywinkle’s with my GF and had a very enjoyable experience. She got me a necklace to go with the awesome rare pendant she got me from Israel. The staff took the time to show us different necklaces and then gave their honest opinions which i valued. Every staff member we encountered was super nice and friendly, specifically Anna she helped us out a ton. (She’s also a super hot cougar!) They also are a licensed Rolex dealer and have a nice Pandora jewelry section in the back for the ladies.

My boyfriend purchased a diamond ring from this establishment. It is just a standard princess cut diamond in a simple band, nothing else. Three days after it was purchased I wanted to return it to get a ring from a different store. I called Kaitlyn at the store and she said this was impossible because my ring was «custom made». This ring could not be more simple. Maybe the standard cut diamond was set in the standard band, other than that there is nothing custom about it. Also the owner or manager states she attempted to communicate with me offline. I don’t want to say that didn’t happen. I just know I did not get a call or a letter. Also if they wanted to reach me they could have done so on here… Honestly I don’t believe it as they would have no idea who I am. I did not purchase the ring, I received it.
So in my opinion, they are not great at customer service, or honesty, bad combo.

Surprisingly, I’ve never purchased anything from Perrywinkle’s. I gave them 4 stars for fabulous customer service. I was on a road trip passing thru Burlington when my Pandora bracelet broke — I stopped into Perrywinkle’s hoping they could either fix or replace it. Onsite they could do nothing (which is why I didn’t given them 5-​stars, as they could have elected this path), however, the owner (Winklette), seeing how unhappy I was stopped me from leaving and offered her help and accountability for getting it repaired. They ended up sending it out to Pandora (Pandora’s customer service is terrible!!), but committed to keeping me posted and mailing it back.
True to their word, when the bracelet came back to them, they mailed it overnight to me @ no cost to me.
Considering I was passing thru town, had not purchased anything and lived in New York, that they took time to take care of me, took accountability and took on some expense was appreciated. This is the reason I write the review. When I’m back in Burlington, I’ll stop by to buy! Thanks!

Great selection and fantastic, helpful Sales Associates. They were actually making chocolate chip cookies in the store! A couple of those and a coffee made my day!
