Literally the WORST. I went with my roommate to see a two bedroom on the east side and we loved it so much we put a deposit down on the spot, filled out an application and were told by our realtor that we were good to go. Come to find out the next day, the realtor was still showing the apartment, but proceeded to cash our check. We didn’t end up getting the apartment, but Front Page took their sweet time refunding our deposit, taking a whole week to get us a check. During our apartment search, this company was by far the least competent or helpful, don’t waste your time.

Just plain terrible. Put in an application for an apartment along with an $ 1,800 deposit. Standard procedure, no problem there. When we went to meet the landlord to sign the lease, the landlord explained that there were other applicants they were still considering and they thought this was just a «meet and greet». Mind you this is 10 days before the expected move in date. Wouldn’t have lost any sleep over it, but then we find out the $ 1,800 deposit check was cashed. The realtor said«well of course it’s cashed we have to do a credit check». Credit checks costs $ 40, not $ 1,800. Did I mention we already provided a 1 week old credit check? So now it’s 9 days before the move in date and we have no where to live. If you consider going thru this real estate, you’d be better suited sleeping in a dumpster and claiming that you’re «occupying Wall Street».
