This place was the worst I should have looked at the reviews before I made the appointment. The owner and a helper came out to detail my wife’s BMW, it was a present for her birthday. he owner was very rude, and had no business acumen. from the beginning he complained that he under quoted the job, and tried to upsell additional services. when I wouldn’t go for it he got upset and hostile. I eventually had to ask him to leave because he was so rude and obnoxious. The owner is a total jerk.

***STAY AWAY FROM THIS ‘BUSINESS’*** (I’d give zero stars if it was an option)
I use the term ‘business’ VERY loosely. I’ve never met/​worked with a business owner so inept in standard business acumen and practices.
The reason this is important is because; if you have ANY position /​information /​opinions that differs from the owners, you will be unable to get through to him with any way you describe or position your point, reasonable or otherwise. There seems to be a lack of real-​time comprehension of new data. True two-​way communication skills are substandard.
Additionally, when they wanted my payments they were happy to speak to me after 5. But once things got tough with the project, if it wasn’t 9−5…forget it.
He may be a fine detailer. But they sub out their tint work… sub out their vinyl work and are mediocre at best for paint protection film (PPF).
There are FAR better options for vinyl, PPF, and tint. I can’t speak to their work as it relates to detailing and nano-​coatings.
Moreover, their facility is FAR too dirty and dusty for the type of service/​work they are performing. I don’t see how their final product can be stellar in this environment.
Finally, I became friends with a former employee and have learned some VERY disturbing things about how they treat their employees.
Promises that aren’t fulfilled… over-​promising and under-​delivering.

I suggest you go elsewhere for your car detailing needs. The job they did on my car was satisfactory, but the guy that came out to do the detail job, was very rude and obnoxious, I don’t need to be treated so poorly from a guy who washes cars for a living. What a rude person, he used very foul language and was very argumentative.
