I go to this place very often, since it’s close to the place I live and therefore it’s convenient for me. The store has a lot of tables and plenty of seats. During the summer they have 5 or 6 tables outside, so people can seat and enjoy the fresh air. As all Starbucks stores they do have free Wifi, they even have wireless chargers so people that have phones that support wireless charging can charge their phones. The only thing that I don’t like about this place is that it gets very crowded and the crew is very busy serving people and they forget to clean the floor and tables. A lot of times I have seen the trash full or the tables dirty. I had to get some napkins and wipe the table myself.

Starbucks need to look over all their employees, bitches be having the worse attitude like it’s your fault they’re working there. Especially that ugly bitch with the half shaved head.

If you’re just going in for coffee you’re going to be fine. Anything else, grab a seat. It’s gonna be a while. If you’re not by a window or outside I wouldn’t sit in there. It gets busy and rude people bump into you. I’ve noticed lately people waiting for mobile orders. Like getting upset cause they have been waiting a while. Well, I say keep waiting for being so lazy. Just walk in and order. I’m sure you’re busy tho!

Absolute embarrassment. Over 15 minutes waiting for a mobile order. This place is a mess

Beautiful, new Starbucks location at Assembly Row. It’s a pretty good size with plenty of seating and charger stations by the windows. I went on a Sunday right before 10am and the line was out the door. It was pretty packed, but the line moved at a decent pace. I didn’t try it, but it looks like you can place an order ahead of time on the Starbucks app and come pick up to avoid the long lines.

This place has improved immensely. Staff are attentive and function well together as a team. Management cleaned out the rubbish staff.

I’m not one to scoff at a Starbucks in general, and the seating, both indoor and out, at this spacious location are social, light and comfortable. But the bitter, burnt product they assured me was their new 20-hour cold brew either(a) was the worst cold brew I’ve tasted, or(b) was actually sittin’ around standard blend poured over ice and passed off as CB. Not going to assume, as both deserve the same feedback, but I will say they were out of two other limited availability items ordered by my colleague. Follow that with a disheveled scene at the pick-up counter, and you’ve got a «Well, this is a disaster» afternoon coffee meeting. Good for a looking-back laugh, and some peaceful patio time, but the coffee was the pits.

Service is decent to good… Not the best Starbucks in the City of Somerville… I don’t want one negative attitude or mood to ruin my opinion about this location… Location is clean… Good amount of parking in the area… But hard to find spots at times… I would come again…

The space is spacious, but dirty cups and crumbs everywhere. lots of tables to work but no comfy sofa or club chairs to relax in. and VERYLOUD! The music was blaring and the hard surface construction made it impossible to speak to my friend across the table. So, i like the space, but it is not all that comfortable for conversation or even a little work. too loud and very very messy. the service was fine, they made a mistake, but fixed it with out fussing, which i appreciated. Ladies bathroom was a MESS!!!

This Starbucks is really roomy and I love it. I love how there’s just so much place to sit around and do some work on a laptop. It’s not crowded like most Starbucks and there’s even a place to sit outside. Sometimes on a good day, they even open up the garage doors and let all of the fresh air in on the inside. Even some wind too to blow away papers LOL. How cool is that?! The employees here are pretty chill and they know their drinks. I have a problem with ordering complex drinks because I’m needy af and they somehow manage to nail it the first try. Iced, venti lemonade, 2 bags of tazo zen green tea bags cut, 5 pumps of peach syrup, and 1⁄3 ice. I told you I’m needy. I was feeling a different drink today and one of the baristas recommended me a great drink. HUGEEE props to this guy! Josh or something LOL. Youthberry iced tea with 2 pumps of classic syrup. Sounds girl as hell because it is! It’s sweet and doesn’t have a sour taste like passion tea does and it’s a great pink color too!

I simply love this Starbucks! I come here in the morning before going to work, so around 7:30 or so and all the employees have a smile on their face. I can barely talk that early and they are all shiny and helpful. Plus the coffee is great and the barista actually knows how to make a proper latte. So if you go shopping to Assembly or you’re just passing by, you need to stop and grab a coffee from this guys, you’ll love it!

This is a really nice Starbucks in the Assembly Square area. I am always able to find parking here, the baristas are exceptionally nice and there is usually space to get work done. I have started coming in regularly on the weekends when studying/working on projects. It can get very crowded in waves, as people stop by to grab their coffee as they are going from store to store, but it get’s quieter after a little bit and I can focus again.

This is my local Starbucks at Assembly Row, less than 5 minutes from home. The baristas are really on top of things– they’ll always get your order started then have someone else deal with the register, so it’s super efficient. However, it is a busy location overall, which is why they divide & conquer this way, so it does get quite noisy. I don’t mind though, it’s convenient enough for me and parking is a non-issue since there’s a giant lot! Plenty of work surfaces including a large central table, so it’s a good spot to bring things to do.(Usually, there are several people working at their laptops but I even saw a couple playing a board game here the other day!) :) It’s a newer Starbucks, so the overall look & feel is great, too.

I always try to avoid writing a bad review. I’d rather just not go or just say never mind. But seriously the cashier lady was awful. she scanned my card and threw it in front of me. And handed me my orders with a frown like i insulted her by ordering. I was the first in line and few min later a couple came in… Its not like it was crowded and i was slow!!! Even though her attitude is not accepted!!! She has problems, she stays away from people till she can straighten up!!! Im really mad! I stay away for a while till i forget and them i go back but they never change i guess!!! Service is awful! Like seriously we all go there to enjoy a cup of coffee! Why should a pay $ 6/cup to get my mood ruined! I hope this message will help in changing their attitudes! And thats just one example from that store!!!

You sell a Salted Caramel Michael but you don’t have the salt? What’s the point? I find this out when they were bragging about their good reviews after I asked what their address was. Always confirm check in on the correct Unilocal location. Sorry but no fancy coffee for me today. Maybe I should start carrying my own sea salt shaker? Higher prices than my normal SB in Kendall Square Marriott.

LOVE this Starbucks. Not only is the location fabulous, but every single barista I’ve had an encounter with is exceedingly friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The store is kept very clean at all times. Even when they’re really busy(I regularly sit in there for several hours studying), the lobby is well-kept. On top of everything, this location has a Clover machine, which in my opinion routinely makes one of the best cups of coffee around. I’ll definitely keep coming back here for study sessions!

Love this place, right beside the river and the shopping malls. Starbucks is always evergreen & addictive. It’s door is like a magnet to my body. Even if I m passing by, I am dragged towards it to get its delicious coffees, scones, fraps, and more! This location is one of my favorites! Folks do go for it!

This Starbucks has a great amount of space to chill or get your work done. The employees are very helpful with drink suggestions. I usually order the iced chai latte with skim milk. But, this time I tried the green chai latte with skim milk and three sweeteners(per staffs suggestion). A little too sweet for me but a great drink for green tea lovers. Next time I’ll try it with two sweeteners!
