This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Bad service, bad coffee and everything else you get. This place is disgusting !

This is the most disgusting dunks I’ve ever been to. The bathroom has human feces on the wall, the sink, all over the toilet and it’s been like this everytime ive gone there. The «baristas» don’t even listen to you finish your order before they walk away and then complain when they get your order wrong. The only reason i go here is because it’s on my way to work. Starting today I’ll never go back.

This is the worst Dunkins that I have EVAH been to! They never get our order right and our coffee always taste terrible. We go here because of the location, but 90%of the time I just wished we had walked to the one on highland ave!

It’s not perfectly fresh pastries or level of barista service that high brow ppl expect in a Starbucks world. It’s so convenient & it’s that «Somerville vibe» that sells this place.

Dunkin Donuts are everywhere in the metro Boston area but we all know some are better than others. It could be the accessibility/​parking, available drive thru or the staff. Either way we tend to have our favorite «go to» DD’s. This location has the new upgraded décor with the typical I’m not sure where to stand layout or order layout. All and all a solid location. Busy area. Getting out of parking lot can be a chore. No drive thru.

Service was ok but what do you expect from DD?
Coffee was luck warm and and burnt tasting.
I have always liked DD but over the past year their coffee qualities have gone down down down.

The lovely ladies here always serve me my coffer just right! Whether its piping hot with 1 sugar and cream or iced with a shot of espresso they know exactly what to do! And I always appreciate that most of them are bilingual so all my Portuguese & Brazilian friends can speak their native language.
