I’m a regular customer of this place. They always have what I need. Super convenient that it’s just down the street. The people behind the counter are very friendly. Don’t be afraid to say hello or strike a conversation with them!

This place has become my go-to for wine, beer and spirits, particularly on short notice. They stock one of my favorite wines, Cupcake, regularly and typically have a fair share of rotating seasonal beers. They have a standard collection of beer, wine and liquor and the prices are typical for the area. I also really love the people that work here! The one guy behind the counter is always smiling and friendly. I used to go to Woody’s, but the selection of wine isn’t great and the service is poor. 7 Hills is fab!

Decent selection. 10% cheaper than competitors. Mid-30s scuffy male employee is a jerk.

I like this place, but aren’t the seven hills in woostah? Mom and Pop seem pretty nutty, but also very nice. They didn’t seem to agree with my need for a bag the last time I was there. The renovation has done wonders for this building. Though it is small, the space is pretty well used. The last time I was in there, I was not the only customer, but I didn’t feel crowded. There does seem to be a little bit of patriotic icing on this store to which I’m unaccustomed. They had pretty good selection of beers — some porter steam, some magners, a bottle of wine and my friend and I were all set. Pretty easy to park around there too, check plus plus!

We call this«the creepy republican liquor store.» The place is all decked out in true 9⁄11 tribute style and firefighter/police honoraria etc., and PEACETHROUGHSUPERIORWEAPONRY shwag, okay, not my thing, right, but independent businesses that have quirky unique style are few and far between, so their politics weren’t solely enough to make me stop frequenting their establishment since they were otherwise conveniently located and always treated me well. Unfortunately, the proprietor of Seven Hills made derogatory comments of a racial nature to some black friends of mine, earning a position on my own personal boycott list, but hey, whatever floats your beer boat.

My favorite neighborhood package store. They have all the booze I need and Cappy’s Chilli Cheese Steak Fries, which are key. The woman behind the counter is friendly and when I go through phases when i actually drink often, she remembers me. I agree that the owner is a funny dide. I like the patriotic décor.

I think it’s fair to say that I’m a frequently consumer of alcoholic beverages. I’m always looking for my next«new favorite drink». My current kick is Bacardi Peach with Sprite Zero. I live by Union Square and have researched the liquor stores in the area. Seven Hills is the only one that carries the delicious Peach variety of Bacardi — and so that’s where I go. The lady behind the counter is always friendly and willing to talk with me. Plus, it’s right across the street from Star Market, which makes it easy to get food and drinks at the same time(if you’re preparing for a party).

Seven Hills is a quirky little liquor store right down the street from me. The owner is a friendly and hilarious guy, always good for a laugh if not a conversation. The weird thing about this liquor store is that they have very little liquor. Lots of wine, a good amount of beer, and just a couple shelves of the hard stuff behind the counter. The wine prices are good, although I found the beer to be just slightly higher than expected(a case of PBR costs $ 15.99 instead of my accustomed $ 14.99). It’s a great place to go to grab a couple beers before the game, but if you’re looking for something special, you might want to go somewhere a little bigger. [Edit: On subsequent trips I’ve discovered that I’m apparently completely blind and there’s a whole store-long shelf of liquor. Not sure how I missed that. Bumping the rating up a star.]
