Dunkin’ Donuts

Yikes. Recently had a very poor experience here. The team doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing.
I asked for a latte lite and the cashier asked if I wanted whole milk and if I wanted any sugar in that. A latte LITE means skim milk and splenda– that’s the whole point and otherwise, you just ask for a latte. Terrible– they should know their menu.
I also asked for light cream cheese and even repeated myself to make sure b/​c I noticed she entered regular on the register. She didn’t fix it but just verbally confirmed she knew I meant light. She then asked if I wanted the cream cheese on the bagel, and I said sure. Result? They gave me regular cream cheese AND they didn’t put it on my bagel. I had to wait a while to flag someone down to swap the damn thing.
I also saw my latte made and it was sitting on the machine for a good few minutes while the person in charge of beverages was nowhere near the station. I had to call out for her to grab it off the machine.
Terrible, terrible. the team is running amuck over there. They don’t know their menu, their register or their roles. Boo!

Worse Dunkin EVER!!! I simply ordered Large French Vanilla Coffee with cream and sugar and a bagel sliced and toasted… I got plain coffee no sugar, no cream, bagel NOT toasted and got charged for cream cheese. It was a total mess! Wish I could have given them NO STAR!

Love how it’s a short walk from the Sullivan Square T-​Stop and the Bunker Hill H-​Building. Tried the Jamoca Almond Fudge iced coffee for the first time here. Was really good. After that one, I officially tried all the Baskin Robbins flavors of coffee. All were good except the Cookie Dough. Fav is mint chocolate chip.

Good place to stop for coffee and muffin if going to or coming from Sullivan Square T stop, though can get too hot when sitting by the window.
