I ordered chicken and broccoli Alfredo to takeout. As I was picking up my order a woman came back in and was complaining about hers. She got a pizza with just peppers on it, opened the box and there were two tiny pieces of pepper on it. I was laughing out loud because I just don’t see how that could happen. I should have left and kept my money. They have me pasta with broccoli with no Alfredo sauce. All that was on it was butter and grated parmesan cheese. For $ 12? It took about ten cents and two minutes to throw that together. I don’t like getting ripped off so I will definitely not be back here again.

One of the worst Italian restaurants I have been to in my life. If you like processed chicken, watered down sauce, and paper thin pizza, this os the place for you. Do yourself a favor and wait in the parking lot of sonic for it to open. Terrible, terrible, experience!!!

Most amazing place I am fortunate enough to be able to associate so many memories with! I’ve been going to Ma Raffa’s ever since I was a kid, and it has never failed to disappoint. If you like thin crust pizza, this is the place for you! I swear, I can never go in and not leave with pizza! The chicken parm is simply amazing; they don’t bread the chicken, which I prefer, and they serve it in a pan with minced garlic, marinara, and cheese melted over it. For an appetizer, go with the fried ravioli. Served plentifully with marinara and broccoli. Even the desserts are spectacular! I always recommend the cheesecake, dessert lasagna, and the cannolis to anyone who asks :) I’ve never had an issue with service here. All of the wait staff is attentive and polite from the moment they place bread on the table to the moment you leave the restaurant Overall, a great family place to go grab a bite!

One of the best family style restaurants in the local area. Food is perfectly prepared. Priced for a family budget. There is so much on the plate you will be taking things home.

Ordered the tailgate special to go. Every sunday they offer it during football season. Excellent value. A large cheese pizza 6 meatballs 6 buffalo wings and an order of lasagna for 19.99. Can’t beat that deal. The lasagna is my favorite! Really thin delicious layers. I recommend!

A great family Italian restaurant serving excellent food and on Wednesdays they have a buffet that’s very inexpensive excellent restaurant for families. It has a bar that is a great meeting place for people after work. We like to send out for an antipasto and a pepperoni pizza for about $ 15.

The absolute worst chicken broccoli and ziti. No flavor and no sauce just clumps of wallpaper paste like white stuff

Got take out. Ordered pizza which tasted too salty. Got eggplant parm. It was good. It came with a side of pasta. Ziti was like cardboard, sauce was salty which explains the pizza.

We ordered the«gameday» special takeout here. Great value for the amount of food you get for $ 20. Large thin crust cheese pizza, 6 meatballs, 6 buffalo chicken tenders, and a order of lasagna. Alot of food for $ 20!!! Now, the quality of the food… overall was honestly good. Meatballs was good, pizza was ok(I prefer regular crust pizza), lasagna was decent, and the buffalo tenders was ok. Overall the quality, quantity, and service upon placing the takeout order and checkout was good. Decent place overall.

Ma Raffas is a very nice place. My favorite is the lasagna with meat sauce, my husband likes the veal. The salads are super fresh… we often have ordered the lasagna for home parties and group dinners. It truly is amazing and is always well received when I serve it. Very consistent meals on our multiple visits.

my son and I came here for kids night on my sons 5th bday to see Mickey Mouse and good food. this was like my millionth time here. the hostess told my son and I she couldn’t seat us for our party of 4(after asking how many in our party) until the other two people came in the door, never have I ever been told this before. my mother came in as my father parked his car and again still we were told she was not allowed to seat us until he was physically in the building, ridiculous to say the least. both my parents are elderly, 70 this year, and she didn’t seem to care, I even told her that he was just parking his car. again she reiterated yea it’s not my rule rude as helk… as I seen him walk in I stated there’s my dad right there, she literally waited until he was at the hostess booth to seat us SMH so not impressed not only did she not smile once I had already mentioned my sons bday was today not even a smile NOTHING said or gestured toward him in a courteous or polite manner!!! So, as she sat us our waitor, the only male sever there tonight, came over very rushed. as I proceeded to order the buffalo wing app I asked if it was really spicy because I like mine more mild. he said no it’s spicy. I then said ok well can you ask the kitchen if they can make it a little more mild for me. his response NO. I was like LOL literally. you can’t go ask the kitchen, you know who actually cooks the food! I told him as a waitress myself I always ask the kitchen before telling any customer no. you’d be surprised how many times you’d get a yes! as I explained to him I work at a similar establishment and never would the owners allow us to tell a customer we cannot accommodate them unless the kitchen was already asked. maybe they could have added some butter to it, very simple, but he didn’t even attempt to go find out for me. needless to say I spent my sons bday hungry, although I enjoyed my night because MYSON, but I made sure my father tipped him the bare minimum which I still think was way too much. idk how much experience he has a server, but telling a customer no without even attempting to ask the kitchen or shoot, he could’ve pretended to go ask and then told me no sorry we can’t do anything to make the sauce a little mild for you, I would’ve at least thought he cared enough to go ask, but he didn’t, he obviously doesn’t care about the family business he obviously doesn’t care his tips weigh on HIS service he obviously doesn’t care that he’s turning away loyal customers frim returning to dine in. I may just have to do take out next time… their food is always delish and this is the only place I will eat any lasagna from. PLEASE train your new servers/waitresses/hostesses the chunky bad attitude hostess tonight was just that a miserable girl with a horrible disposition I hate to give you such a low star review, but when I’m so aggravated I lost my appetite from the horrible service and no attempt to please the guest I give my visit tonight a big THUMBSDOWN… TRAINYOURSTAFF!!! have a manager /supervisor on the floor. surely, someone higher than him should have came out to try and rectify it since he had NO desire to do such.

HORRIBLE food! I mean HORRIBLE! Not just bad, or eh, or even gross. It is HORRIBLE! I have heard that they make a good pizza, and that might be the case but the rest of the food is NASTY! I SWEAR that the lasagna is the kind that comes premade frozen at the supermarket. The meatballs aren’t made there either. Everything they serve tastes like premade big box store frozen food. I would rather lick the underside of a urinal at the Providence Civic Center than ever eat at Ma Raffas again!

I have seen the Ma Raffa restaurants and the coupons and the parking lots full and after shopping on the way home decided to try it out with my 2 teen daughters. We were greeted by several boarded waitresses; I was surprised at the place, a bit dirty. We were given our menus by a waitress who was, well, grumpy. There was such an array of weird items… I was not sure what to get. I can see why they have coupons, the prices were quite high. We decided to go for Bruschetta with spinach and tomato for appetizer… I ordered a bowl of minestrone soup, daughters had tortellini with meat sauce and the other an eggplant parm grinder. Ice tea all around. The«bruschetta» came… a cold grinder roll with huge spi nach leaves, slices of under ripe tomato with blemishes and stem… a huge glob of cheese quickly pushed under the broiler… bruschetta??? really???we could not eat this… waitress brought the green beans that accompanied the eggplant parm…(really?) at the same time… and all the food was out moments later. The soup was anything but minestrone. It was a leftover concoction of various pastas, not edible. The eggplant was, unappetizing, a grey, wet mess, resembling internal organs. The tortellini was the cheap frozen kind covered in lukewarm meat sauce… heavy on the grease. The waitress offered a refill of iced tea and charged full price for the extra glasses. Horrible…over $ 50.00 for this mess. We took it home for the dogs and I must say even they were disappointed.

Although I would not regard this place as a authentic Italian restaurant, they have a really nice thin-crust pizza. In fact, they have one of my favorite thin-crust pizzas. I get the Cecilia pizza with tomato slices and broccoli on top. They add just the right amount of garlic that this sauce-less pizza just pops with flavor. Since the slices are so thin, the pizza is extra crispy and light. Their prices are also really affordable. Aside from their pizza, I cannot say too much. The rest of their food is pretty basic, but the pizza alone makes this place somewhere that is definitely worth the trip!
