After Rescheduling with me several times they finally gave me a defenate date they could power wash my Deck. I called to see when they would be arriving that day and they said they didnt know but make sure everything was off the Deck. After i had taken everything off the deck, i called to see when they were arriving. Not today because they were too busy and they were going to give me another date! Unbelievable! Very unprofessional service!

VERYPOOREXPERIENCE! AVOIDTHISCONTRACTOR! Right from the start there were delays, excuses, delays, and more excuses. It seems that their open house is more important than there customers that they have contracted with. The job finally starts and it takes two efforts to power wash effective enough(failed to wash correctly first time) to do the sand and sealer work. Huge mess around pool, thankfully it wasn’t open yet but still a mess. The sand and sealer guys stumbled and bumbled through the job and I knew that they were applying too much water on the polymeric and this job would be a failure. Sure enough, within a couple of weeks the sand had washed out, caved in and was now missing in many spots. I called to schedule a follow-up and I was assured by Colm that he would fix to my satisfaction. Fast forward to May 2013, one year later… I’m on the phone with them and looking for my follow-up a year later. I am again assured that they will come and and get this correct. Colm comes outs and again assures me that this will be remediated to my satisfaction. A week goes by and a guy shows up and washes the pavers, just like last year, there was no way they were going to get sand in the cracks with all the crap they left behind. I reach out and let them know that I’m doubtful they can proceed, Another week or so go by and I’ve heard nothing. The pavers now have weeds and dirt in them. Once again I reach out(because they wont call you back), and it’s they same old excuse after excuse that I received last year. Pool is now open, too late to make the big mess again. More days go by and I call to tell them they they need to A) give me a written IOU for the Fall after the pool closes(although I’m doubtful they’d EVER get the job correct or B) a refund or C) I take them to small claims court(my Wife is an Attorney, comes in handy). I’m told that Colm would call me back to discuss, 3 days later and nothing. Great way to run a business!!! For what it’s worth, I had a experienced contractor come out to evaluate the work. Their opinion was that they polymeric sand was not applied correctly, neither was the sealer. I’d love to have my money back so that I could utilize the contractor that actually knows what they’re doing.
