The comment from the ‘owner’ is a smokescreen and an attempt to deflect a valid complaint by raising false questions.
The owner is male and IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS THE OWNER when we spoke on the phone. The person making the comment spoke with me on the phone many times — making appointments for service every month and some billing glitches that were easily worked out. We also spoke the day I canceled the service. She knows exactly who I am and why I cancelled.
Also, to answer the ‘no pest problem’ comment, how could the service be effective if the chemical spray was not applied where it was supposed to be, as detailed in the review. Again, this is a smokescreen. Lisa works the phones and was always personable, as were the technicians. She never indicated shared ownership to me all the times we spoke on the phone. Our last conversation, when I cancelled, she spoke about the owner the same way I did — as a third person.
Inferring another pest control company made the review is a SMOKESCREEN. They know exactly who I am. After the review was posted the owner even tried to call me — twice. I didn’t take the call because I didn’t want to continue speaking with a business owner who treated a longtime customer so unprofessionally and disrespectfully.

As a recommendation of my father who used this company for his house a few years back, I called Expert Pest to treat my 10 year old home after finding a few termite mud tunnels.
My father had his home treated a few years prior and was very happy with them. I called them up and they came out for the estimate right on time. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional (and local!). They did the treatment as scheduled which came with an outstanding 5 year warranty for no added cost.
3 years in and I’m still looking good — no sign of anything.
