Best Orange Vanilla hand poured Soy Candles in town! Been burning it my entire vacation. As a matter of fact, if I can convince«Sweets» to have breakfast there on the way home, I’m buying some for my Mom and Sister!

Super cute boutique shop in Solvang! When you get tired of the hokey souvenir shops and other cheapy clothing stores in downtown Solvang, stop in here for some real shopping. My Mom, Dad, Sister and I decided to head up to Solvang last weekend to get out of the Santa Barbara coastal fog and catch some sunshine. After eating some ebelskiver and wandering though shops filled with«collectible» figurines and the like, we came across this cool little shop with lots of cute clothes(organized by color!) and accessories. The shop girls were very nice and helpful, and I walked away with an adorable cotton silk tank top for $ 25! My mom and sister both got mid weight jackets(same print, different styles), each for under $ 90, and my sister also picked up a sexy, slinky sweater. Stopping in to True Addiction really made our day, so if you are in Solvang and aren’t really the touristy type, definitely stop in! PS I think behind the shop is a really sweet little courtyard with a fountain which is a good place to stop and rest your feet after walking around all day!

Cute little clothing and accessory store in the heart of downtown Solvang… They have a great selection of Maxi dresses, pants, shorts, tops, etc. along with an assortment of reasonable priced handbags, scarves, and jewelery items. Love, love, love the dainty necklaces… some of them are even made to order. In fact… after hemming and hawing here awhile back, I left without a few things that I just couldn’t decide on… I called them this week and they were kind enough, with my description, to charge me over the phone and ship the items off to me! Good stuff! Very friendly and helpful staff… Good place to pick up gift items at as well as if you need a last minute«get up» to go to dinner or tasting at a nearby winery.

The cutest shop in all of Solvang! I am still kicking myself for not buying the really great earrings I saw there. The sales girls were very friendly and helpful and they had so many pretty things. A very cool variety of jewelry and a great selection of shirts, dresses and scented candles. Really well merchandised and great Red Engine jeans too! I would reccomend you stop by when you are in the area. A must see!

In the midst of a million wine tasting rooms, weird souvenir shops, and danish restaurants — there was an actual store that I could shop in! I was really surprised to see such cute clothes in a town that is more for an older«wine» crowd… but this place had such great stuff! I wanted to try on just about everything there, but I was on a budget and some of their shirts can be quite pricey(over $ 120+). I did find a couple shirts that I really liked in my price range — one was $ 60 the other was $ 39. I wanted to buy them both, but the owner said one of the shirts(the $ 60 one) didn’t fit my shoulders correctly. I would have bought it anyways because it was damn cute — but she’s the expert. I appreciated that she wasn’t just trying to get me to buy anything. I ended up taking home the $ 39 shirt. The clothing selection covers a wide range of price points(from $ 30 shirts to over $ 120 shirts) and is for a younger crowd. I would describe it as somewhere between Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. The owner(I think it was Kim?) was by far the nicest person(and the most helpful) person we met in Solvang.
