Duer’s Cottage

Again another treasure we found on our vacation this year. We were blessed in great little places to stay everywhere we went. All of which we will keep on file for future trips.
This is a little guest house is behind a larger home in a country setting right outside of the Danish town of Solvang. It was clean and wonderful for my husband and I. A one bedroom one bath, we stayed three nights, nothing too fancy but everything we needed. The owners were very nice and have created a sweet little cottage out of this place at what we felt was a very fair price and we liked being just out of town and having our own little space. It was obviously newly renovated and everything was new and fresh. The bedroom was small but the bed was very comfortable. No breakfast but a full kitchen and they had left us a bottle of wine, coffee and little jams to try. Everything we needed. Two thumbs for this little place which is perfect for a couple.
