Fantastic time! We had a small group, 3 guys, but the thought ahead and brought an extra person for us to be able to boat an extra fish. Clean, fun and I know we will be back 2 more times this year.

Just got home and couldn’t wait to write this review. We caught a ton of fish today. The service was fine. My only complaint is after paying someone nearly a thousand dollars and 140.00 to da second mate, the least you could do is clean the fish. I’ve been on a few charters and the 2^nd mate always cleaned the fish. This guy put worms on a hook, handed us a pole and led the cheering section. If u want to catch a bunch of fish and clean them, by all means choose LJK!!!

Went out with Capt. Luke and mate Daniel 11÷22÷14. 19 degrees at 6:20am when we left and not more than 10 or 15 minutes into the trip the boat blows a water hose! Wow, are we not gonna fish today!!! That was not an option. Capt. Luke and Daniel repaired the hose and another boat bought us some water to fill the engine and about a ½ hour to 45 minutes later or so we were back on our quest to find rock fish. Now mind you while we sat and they worked on the boat all the other boats that we pulled out in front of passed us as we sat. Now, for the real story, we motor out and we get to a spot and Capt. Luke says here they are and folks it was nothing but ROCK, AFTER ROCK, AFTER ROCK, AFTER ROCK!!!
We were the last ones to get out there and the first ones back after blowing a hose! How bout them apples! We were back at the dock, limit reached, fished cleaned by 10:30am. And we caught 27,23,24 inch rock and more. It was an awesome day and to sum up this story with this review and a grade of Captain Like and Mate Daniel Folks the only thing I can say is they are BADASSSSSSS and they ROCK!!! If you have not tried LJK yet you have not tried the best!!!
Our group was very very happy with the day we had and the at home treatment from LJK Outdoors and as Arnold Schwarzenegger (Terminator) said «I’ll Be Back». Thanks Luke and Daniel! Until the next time, be safe and Rock N Roll!!!

Went out fishing with Captain Luke last year and caught THE LIMIT amount of rockfish within a couple hours! It was more than just fun and exciting, it was an experience to remember for a lifetime!
I definitely will be booking charters with this Captain at least once a summer. Maybe even 2 or 3 times a season!
He even cleaned all the fish and gave the filets back to us ready to cook/​freeze.
