Been here twice. Service was fine but the food was incredibly mediocre, especially the steak. There’s a lot of good steak from the ranches in this area, so there’s no reason for the poor food.

Food was just OK. Had the chicken fried steak. Way over done. Service was the worst. Obviously no adult supervision of the young inexperienced wait staff.

My one-​star review is an average of 2 stars for food quality and 0 stars for service. The chili was cold and bland. The geyser chips were served on a very hot plate, but were barely lukewarm themselves. It took about 30 minutes to get those items and my wife’s BLT.

We have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant as we were today at this one. Service was non-​existent, then the rude little teenaged waitress acted like it was our fault that our order had not been taken. After about a half hour of waiting to get our food, we left. Why would anyone eat here???

Passing through Soda Springs on our way from Jackson Wy to Salt Lake City on the Fourth of July, we stumbled across Geyser View Restaurant and stopped for lunch. Food was delicious and servings were plentiful! Service was excellent! Highly recommend!
