The staff was friendly and helpful. I give it 5 stars for price and location. If you can afford a $ 275 hotel, you will not like this one. If you’re simply looking for an «affordable» hotel room that’s less than a 1 minute walk to the slopes, this place is great. Yes, it’s old(anyplace else this is a $ 59-$ 69 room, similar to Motel 6). We stayed two days in February, and loved being able to come to the room to eat lunch(fridge and microwave) or change clothes. After a day of snowboarding, the hot tub was great. I used the computer(for work) and the lounge(quiet reading) in the main lodge(next door).

Buddy booked this place on hotel dot com for a 103 a night(fri-sun) for our snowboarding trip. The rooms are a little worn, but that’s ok because if all you need is a place to sleep then this Inn will serve. Pro –Location is prime IF you’re planning to ski/snowboard at Snowmass(10mi from Aspen) and staying in the village. Its right next to the runs and the mall(mainly snow gears shops and restaurant) –Free wifi –Microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. –Friendly staff at the check in. They were very accommodating in getting us more tissues and toilet paper for our room. –Hot water Con –Beds were not comfty. –Thin walls and ceiling. I could hear EVERYTHING. –Our toilet would run endlessly unless we nimble with the floater and flap. –TV was small. 15″ maybe? For the location it can’t be beat. Everything was within a short walking distant. Parking lot is a little off path, but we had no issue loading/unloading near the room. Has a an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. For this area this is as cheap as you’re going to get.
