Ordered a Carmel drink and no Carmel added this place is crap. Went through drive through so didn’t notice till down the road

Really noisy. Since Starbucks cut the deal with Spotify they crank the music up so loud it’s hard to talk in conversational tone.
Lots of high schoolers and if you do work on occasion here best avoid post high school hours.
Really fast internet friendly staff or else I would go elsewhere

Worst Starbucks ever! I travel for work and have been hear many times. They make no attempt to make my coffee right, the drive thu people act like snobs! I would really just like my coffee in the morning done right!

Wonderful group of people here! There was a miscommunication between the barista and I (totally not her fault) so she let me keep the messed up coffee and gave me a larger size of what I ordered! They’re always that awesome love this little Starbucks!

Things have really turned around here! The early morning crew, and by early I mean 5:00am really have their act together!

Small lobby and standard customer service. Employees were friendly and the time of the service was right. Keep coming back.

Starbucks is so darn consistent with just about everything that it only seems fair to say something if it’s really positive or really negative. I have had 3 experiences at this particular Starbucks over about 10 visits. One was poor. Most are «typical» meaning decent. And a few were great because the staff went above and beyond. First the poor. The reason it was poor is because the barista took my «dirty» iced coffee cup, rinsed it on their high-​pressure sprayer (for Frapp pitchers I believe) and then filled the same cup up again. What’s the big deal? Well my germs ended up all over that vertical sprayer. How many other times did she do that? I mean this is Snohomish people, land of tobacco chewin’ 4×4 drivin camo wearin’ grandmas! That was a joke. Not good. I called the manager and reported it. I’m happy to say I have never seen it happen again and that they took it very seriously. Most of my other experiences have been decent. The coffee and food is typical. You know what you’re going to get. The staff seems friendly for the most part and will laugh at my jokes, even if they’re about tobacco chewin’ grandmas.

What can I say? This is a typical Starbucks, so it’s okay. However, this particular one seems to have very ‘chatty’ drive-​thru servers. I am fine with an occasional ‘hows in goin?’, but these folks seem to get a little too personal. To the point where it’s kind of uncomfortable.
Plus, I have watched several times where the car in front of me gets their coffee and pays… and then sits there for a minute or more and chews the fat with the girl are the window.
