Pizza took an hour to deliver less than two miles and tasted like it sat in the window for the whole hour we waited. Also delivered to the wrong address told to the order taker just because of the phone number they took down. Won’t make that mistake of ordering from them again.

So after ordering from Jet City several times, the pizzas are generally OK. Some pizzas weren’t what I had envisioned, but that is more about personal preference so I can’t fault the restaurant for it. We typically order online, drive over, and the pizzas are ready to go. I do like that one can specify the desired crust and toppings online.

For the longest time we only had Maltby Pizza or Alfy’s pizza to choose for delivery. Let me tell you, I was so happy when I heard Jet City replaced Alfy’s! I love their pizza and the beer batter crust is fantastic. They also have a ton of cool(weird?) toppings. I’ve also had their spaghetti and their meatballs are really good! Now, my only complaint. Their online ordering NEVER works for me. Luckily when I call they give me the discount anyway but it’s really annoying.

Love the beer batter crust! Now if the rest of the pizza just lived up to the crust this place would have 5 stars. They seem to be covering up the meager quantity of toppings by drowning the pizza in cheese. Asking for ‘light cheese’ seems to make no difference. I suspect if you asked for no cheese you would still get cheese — otherwise you would notice the lack of toppings. On an extra large Hawaiian pizza I counted 2 sundried tomatoes, 5 pineapple chunks, and 6 scraps of ham. This is not an isolated incident. Come on!
