Employees were rude. Talked about other customers to fellow employees in front of current customers. When I made a comment about it to the person who was accompanying me, he mentioned that it’s more professional to wait until the customers weren’t around to talk about them. I just thought it was funny. However, the employees did not and made our pizza last, despite us having been 3rd in a line of 6 people. They didn’t even remember our order, or acknowledge me when I asked if they remembered the size.

Ordered stuff pizza tonight, watched people who came in 5 minutes after me pick theirs up(Not a phone to go order) 22 minutes later it was ready… no thanks. Had to edit this, went to get marinara sauce for cheese sticks, they forgot it! Done with this place, to many options around me.

Slow… call your order in at least 30 minutes in advance and you’re still going to probably wait at least another 5 to 10 minutes. Overpriced especially considering you have to come home and bake it yourself. Will only accept the coupons they deem are appropriate.

Classic fail on my part. I gave this place another shot two months later. Ordered one family sized pizza. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked if my order was coming and it was clear they forgot to make it. Overall, I was there for half an hour to get one pizza that I now have to bake at home. Never again.

We ordered a kids ½ cheese and peperoni pizza… and it just tasted WEIRD!!! How can you screw that up? It looks nice before we cooked it, but the sauce and everything was just OFF to say the least. We have had better luck with frozen pizza. Gave it a two because we didn’t get sick :) haha

Have had pizza from this location a few times now and don’t have any complaints. I love that the store is very clean and the employees are very nice and helpful.

The owner here is consistently stingy with coupons/special offers, and use of the punch card. She has her employees well-trained in terms of her expectation for keeping customers in check regarding use of coupons, etc. This place is always crowded with customers– appears that business is booming and that’s because it is in a *prime* location. I respect the need for a small business to turn a profit but nothing shuns my support faster than a stingy owner who is rigid with coupons and special offers. And: NO electronic coupons accepted here… Really?! — 2013 is coming to a close… Let’s get up to speed and stop killing trees. Why the resistance to allowing customers to use coupons on their mobile devices? –(Maybe our cheap customers will try to cheat us! That would be too much work for us to track! – )? This poor level of customer service just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This owner’s saving grace is her prime location. The customer service here is unacceptable.

Had pizza from this location 3 times now. The quality was consistently great. I’m rating with only 4 stars because you can get better pizza in another place in Everett. Brooklyn Brothers in downtown. The Papa Murghy’s pizza is almost as good for half the price. Guess where I would get pizza from more often?(I wish I could give it 4.9 stars)

Friendly staff, great specials and a clean location. This Papa Murphys is a nice relief over the typical deli style take and bake pizza. The toppings are fresh and you can control if you want limited amounts of a topping, or a bit more of another. The cookie dough is also wonderful and tastes very homemade. Papa Murphys is take and bake, so you do have to be patient though to enjoy a nice meal at home.

My wife raved about this pizza and I felt that it tasted better than expected. It was not greasy like Pizza Hut nor sweet like Dominos. We ordered a veggie pizza half white and half red sauce. I’d rate the pizza as a solid 3.5(slightly above average). If you have never tried Papa Murphy’s you should give them a shot.

I now have 3 experiences with this location so I feel I can adequately review it. My first experience was right after they first opened last year. When I walked in, there were about 7 workers waiting to pounce on me. It was a bit intimidating, but I was with my 2 year-old(at the time) so I just let him run loose in the new store. That brought out the stickers, and lots of them. Seriously the kid behind the counter must have given my son half the roll. Unfortunately they weren’t very cool stickers, but when you’re two years old it doesn’t matter. My son proceeded to stick a few on their new floor and the window on the door. Nice going son! The ordering process was pretty simple and we only had to wait a couple minutes for our pizza to be prepared. Our second experience was decent. Be sure to search on the Papa Murphy’s website for coupons; they always seem to have them. I called in the order and it was ready when my wife got there. I used an online coupon and it was $ 11. The pizza was decent. We got the chicken bacon artichoke in the family size. Note: don’t let«Family Size» mislead you. My wife and I polished off the entire thing and we’re not gluttons or fatties, so the«family size» claim for some pizza types is a bit off. My third experience wasn’t so good, mainly because the kid that answered the phone sounded annoyed. I asked about the current coupons online and the family size note at the bottom and he basically retorted with, «The coupon is good for what it says.» Gee thanks Mr. Wizard. If you would take a second and listen to the customer, maybe you could ask a clarifying question? Oh well, I used to work at a pizza place and I had days where I wanted to cop an attitude. But they didn’t have Unilocal back then either. ;)
