The food is okay. I usually get chicken scampi or lasagna. The only complaint j have is the service. Most of the time it is great until it is time for the check. It takes a good thirty minutes for our waiters to give us the check. For me to go and support a business that makes it so hard to pay is just downright annoying. It has been like this every time we go, and the little kiosk devices are no help when you are paying with cash or a gift card.

We walked in, there were no one inside the store and it was empty! My wife and I are very disappointed we had to wait 10 minutes to get swatted and 20 minutes no one ever came to ask for our drinks until I went and asked if anyone will ever serve our tables. The food is not the best anymore at this location in def gonna try a new location… VERYDISAPPOINTED!

Tour of Italy… EmmEmmEmm…delicious! Carrabba’s has a similar menu item but sorry Carrabba’s, Olive Garden definitely has you beat with this one. The portions with this entrée are very generous and it’s just so delicious! The customer service at this location is good, pretty friendly staff. They do get pretty busy during the lunch hour and are sometimes on a wait, so it’s good to get here as early as possible during lunch.

Oh the noise. Patrons talk loud, wait staff talk loud. Can hardly hear each other’s conversation. I don’t know how Olive G can control the noise level, but I can by not returning.

Usually Olive Garden can be counted on for a consistent experience regardless of the location. Unfortunately not this location. The only thing that saved it from 1 star was our server. She was awesome. The food however not. Salad hardly any dressing– Alfredo sauce runny– dessert frozen tiramisu– yuck

Front desk, older white lady(judy) was a complete smartass to my party of 10! If you can’t be nice, get job NOT in customer service. I’m not sure I will come back. None of my party will for sure. Not even an apology.

Would give no stars if I could. Received attitude from the hostess when we asked to sit in a booth instead of a table. Resteraunt was pretty much empty. She said our server would be with us shortly. 5 minutes passes by and another couple were seated right behind us no attitude given to them. Someone came asked their drink order left and returned with their drinks yet no one has yet to speak to us been there about 10 minutes at the table now. Had to get loud to get her attention. Asked if we were invisible. At this point the attitude was unbelievable so we left. Not going to risk Spit in my food. Upon leaving we asked to speak to a manager who said the words that he was apologetic. Began to offer things. Don’t want things just wanted to be treated as if we were wanted. customers. Very hard to believe someone is apologetic when he lets 5 or 6 of his staff stand behind him and watch his discussions. One of the staff even followed us out to the parking lot. Food there always sucked anyway had a gift card only reason went 1st place. Seems like service along scenic hwy has turned to crap. will not be back urge others not to go as well. Also smelled like rank dishwater in resteraunt. Not happy in any fashion with my experience. Parking lot was clean.

I’ve been to the Olive Garden in Snellville before and the experience was always fine. Nothing great but just bland. Our family went last week and it was a nightmare… it all started with the waitress pouring our glasses of wine and dropped the cork, picked up off the floor and put back into the half full bottle. Then one party member got a ½ order and two other members got a full order of the same item. The ½ order was larger than the full order. The managers comment was she was just lucky. Finally as we were finish the food, we found a disgusting black curly hair in the pasta. Upon showing to the manager, you could tell he was aggravated at us and made a scene in front of everyone in the restaurant. We were embarrassed and I can assure you none of our family will ever return. This manager does not deserve being in his role and no where near the public.

Well… I haven’t been to an Olive Garden since I was a kid that visited the Duluth location frequently with my mom. This isn’t how I remembered it to be. The food has um… changed?! What in the heck is this stuff they’re selling me for $ 15 a platter?! The Chicken Lambordy(sp?) tastes like a stouffers meal! The marinara on the spaghetti is a joke, Ragu tastes better. I feel soooo bad about sounding ungrateful for food but the food is definitely not worth the money. The salad was great, so were the bread sticks, and we had the sweetest waiter after 9pm on a Monday. I most likely would only drop into an Olive Garden again if someone made me, I won’t come by choice.

My wife and I were seated promptly. Nearly 10 minutes passed until our waitress greeted us and took our drink order. 10 minutes later a different waitress delivered our drinks. 20 minutes pass and not one person bothered to acknowledge us. I complained at the front desk and their was lack of care was evident. Never returning. All time low for Olive Garden. A shame as it’s a really nice location.

I waited a long while before returning here. I found the food had improved. But think if I do return it will be for appetizers and wine. They do have a good wine list so I give them 3 stars for that.

Not very satisfied with my visit… I’ve been noticing that the food is very bland… the server put in our order for an appetizer and it never came. She also took forever… not in a rush to return anytime soon… So disappointing…

Hmmmm… I was kind of mixed on the experience here, but in the end it was good. The service here was excellent though! Even though our server was new, she was great. My family and I have been going to Olive Gardens for several years now. This is a newer location, but we have eaten here and had a good experience. Today started out less than great. The breadsticks we got were super salty, dry, didn’t taste like it had any flavor, luke-warm. We got salad and it didn’t have enough dressing and didn’t have as much flavor as it usually has. I tried to think about if it was our palates or the food. We also got some soup. The chicken and gnocci was really good actually. We got the crispy risotto bites also(My favorite when I had tried the new menu!) Still tasted good, but it wasn’t as amazing as last time. For our entrees, we made our own pasta and we also got the chicken scampi. Chicken scampi was actually pretty good. The pasta we created was a whole wheat linguini with primavera sauce and grilled chicken added. It tastes super healthy, which was good, but it lacked some flavor. The grilled chicken was the same way: tasted super healthy, but lacked flavor. At the very end, I requested some more breadsticks and they were FRESH, WARM, flavorful, and tasted amazing! I guess when breadsticks get cold, they don’t taste as good.

Why did me and my friend not listen to the reviews. We got seated OK and we got our breadsticks and salad pronto — but then it went all down hill. We kept looking around wondering where our food was? The manager finally came over and told us that the hold up was the noodles for the Alfredo. OK where was our waiter and why did we have to mal mug you to get you to come over? No comp, no free drink, nothing taken of the bill nothing — and I mean at least 30 – 35 minutes we waited. Then I made the mistake of ordering desert. Chocolate cake and coffee. The cake was frozen and they just took some water and ran it through old coffee grounds for the coffee – it was brown water. I sucked. The only reason our waiter got a tip was because I paid with gift cards. Don’t go to this one.

This location does not have good service. We ate our appetizers without plates and when they finally brought them we were close to being done. The waiter would walk by our table a number of times without checking in. We waited for our to go boxes for ab 15 mins.

I unfortunately have had two disappointing meals in a row at this restaurant that I was so happy to have open up closer to my home. The last two times we have been there I have requested one glass of wine when my main course arrived, and both times I have only had water to drink. Their menu seems to have changed, and both entrees I had were awful. When the manager came to check how my chicken flatbread was I told her it was not crunchy but almost soggy, and her response was, «that’s how we make it » ??? The only reason this review is two stars because my husband really enjoyed his soup, and luckily the salad has remained the same.
