My company has used Cool air for years to make shirts, jackets, hats etc. I had just recently placed an order with Dave for a Christmas gift for a black soft shell jacket. I waited over a month which was fine until I opened the box to see a gray wool fleece. I then had my assistant call figuring they would make good on there error only to be told that gray is what they consider black which baffles me because they are two different colors and wool and soft shell are completely different. Dave said I could re order another jacket but he would not do nothing for me which is fine to see that this is how he conducts his business. My high volume will no longer be using Cool Air for anything so in the end it will be his loss ill donate this god awful jacket and will find a professional company to give my business to

My family used Cool Air Creations to make family reunion t-​shirts for more than 35 people of all sizes. Everyone at Cool Air was friendly and efficient. Merry helped make the perfect design, the shirts were right on time and the order was perfect. Everyone loved their shirt and I will be using them again for next year’s reunion :)

I have been using Cool Air Creations for years as my vendor for t-​shirts mostly which I order annually at work. The service has always been prompt and friendly. The pricing is reasonable and the turn around is quick. I have occasionally used them for promotional materials and the selection is fantastic.
